Nedan följer en detaljerad redogörelse för distriktsmästerskapen i styrkelyft. Håll i er! Jag har inte fått tre godkända böjar sedan min allra första tävling i maj 2017, alltså för två och ett halvt år sedan. Mestadels pga djupet ni vet. Igår fick jag fan revansch! Tre godkända böjar, och den sista böjen på 150 kg var så lätt att det är lite pinsamt (🎥1, lyft i omvänd ordning). Fulböjde (medvetet) men de var ju inte ens så fula. Grät en skvätt av lycka. Här ska vi plocka kilo 2020! Bänken öppnade svinstarkt, med den lättaste lyftet på 75 kg jag nånsin lyft (🎥2). Så självklart gick jag på 80 kg i nästa. Och bommade, och sen bommade jag igen. Min mentala inställning var bra, likaså avlyft, nedtagning, kroppen - ja allt kändes 110% bra, men bänkpress is a fickle bitch. Med facit i hand tyckte jag ändå att det var rätt serie att gå med tanke på hur lätt 75 kg var. Tyckte det hela var mycket komiskt som tur var. Sedan var det marken, och nu var jag ganska trött. Så jag valde att iaf säkra ett tävlingsPB på 172,5 i andra. Men jag ville ju så gärna ha 400 kg i totalen. Så det var ju bara att följa upp med 175 kg, och den kom ju den också (🎥3, lyft i omvänd ordning). Inte den bästa markserien men desto bättre utfall 😂 Så allt som allt är jag supernöjd, iom att jag uppnådde båda mina mål av tre godkända böjar och 400 kg i totalen. Jag lämnade många kg på flaket iom den lätta böjen och de bommade bänkarna, men skit samma när jag ändå lyckades skrapa ihop 7,5 kg PB i böjen, 15 kg PB i totalen, och ett silver. Känns som ÄGER världen just nu😎💪 Tack till bästa klubben @goteborgkk , till min coach i livet och bakom flaket @oscar.troje, till mina fantastiska klubbkamrater på plats: @katjakronborg, @carola_hairdresser_powerlifter, @somenvalkyria, @denstorerode, @lilllsandra, @maglarss94, @victoriatauson , och er klubbisar där hemma, ni får mig att vilja bli starkare varje dag. Scale goes up=Muscle mass / body fat goes up....This is hard for me. It’s hard to see a little extra fluff.
