Here is an ab workout for you to try with no equipment! 🔥 Nothing can stop us !! - - Remember to ♥️ and save so I know what content you like to see ! 1⃣ Straight Arm Crunches: 3 sets x 12 reps Holding your arms out infront of you, contract the abs and crunch bringing your shoulder blades off the floor. Careful not to use your neck here! 2️⃣ Side Plank: 3 sets x 30 seconds - 60 seconds Elbow and foot in contact with the floor with the opposite arm in the air for balance, keep the hips from falling down to the floor by bracing the core to keep yourself rigid. 3️⃣ Knee to Elbow Oblique Crunch: 3 sets x 12 reps Laying on your side, bring one knee up towards the rib cage. Sure, its normal to experience some, especially when we need to get accustomed to a new routine/exercises/changes in training volume, however, soreness is not correlated to hypertrophy (weve seen this too, in a previous post!) ✅Base the effectiveness of your training routine on your RESULTS. Are you getting stronger? Are you able to perform better? To do one more repetition with a challenging weight? Strengthening the serratus anterior can be beneficial for anybody experiencing shoulder pain, shoulder impingement related issues and winged scapula. It can also promote proper function of the shoulder blade and lead to a healthier and stronger shoulder. It is also responsible for holding the scapula against the rib cage. . 1️⃣ 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗕𝗢𝗫 𝗧𝗔𝗣𝗦 Start on all fours with your hands underneath your shoulders and knees under the hips (alternatively, you can start in a push up position). Place one hand above the head on an elevated surface following by the other hand and repeat. . 2️⃣ 𝗕𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗖𝗥𝗔𝗪𝗟 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗔𝗣: Start on all fours and drive your hands and feet into the ground to lift the knees off the ground. Take one hand off the ground and gently tap the opposite shoulder.
