- So, I like to take the fallen leaves from home improvement stores. Easy and free way to get new plants and practice propagating. I left this one on some brick underneath my 6 foot tall guava tree for shade in the middle of a sunny backyard. Watered only the tree every few days for a few weeks.

- Two week old hummingbirds in their nest on my front porch! From the day they hatch their instincts are so strong they know to wiggle their tiny bottoms over the side of the nest to poop so the nest stays clean.
- Mycelium magic So, I put a tiny piece of mycelium in a glass bottle to give the plant some company. If I knew any better, there seems to be an electric charge between it and the stem. We’ll see what happens!
