🤸♂️THORACIC THURSDAYS PART ONE: MOBILITY🤸♀️ Welcome to our four part series focused on the thoracic spine. This comes off the back of our recent post from Heneghan et al (2020) that subdivided exercises into four categories; Mobility, Motor Control, Work Capacity and Strength. We had a request (thanks @active4living ) for a video demo of a few exercises. Our focus this week is on mobility. The three exercises are: 1. Sidelying lateral flexion over Swiss ball - focuses on improving side bend range 2. Quadrupled rotation - focuses on improving rotation range 3.
