I was thinking not to post but.. as this is my health journey why not to post on what I have become now There is still sometimes many ups and downs. First pic from left to right is how I was before having my kids, second one on top after having children and last is how I am now. I can tell you all I never imagined in my whole life I would be vegan and doing fitness now and going to gym more often. Still there are some people close to me that still dont accept who I am and what I have become. I learned in this my journey to be healthy, want to stop human hand harming animals animals should have right to live like us humans. What I have learned until today: 🌱 Sleep far more better. 🌱 Better balanced diet and understand better when Im too much full 🌱 Energetic 🙌 🌱 Have more confidence and self esteem. 🌱 After having my daughter I stopped sugary foods snacks and sugar in coffee. Eat more fruits and drink more water. 🌱 Learning more about myself like hidden talents love preparing and creating my own food. 🌱Happier than before. Learned that we should accept who we are and not be gealous of others acheivement. If they can do I can do also 💪 🌱 Foods tastes better like vegetables. 🌱 Skin condition is better. 🌱 I smoked before and I stopped 3 years ago and started slowly with running and changed to flexitarian diet. We receive questions regarding the difference between herringbone and parquet every day. You can easily distinguish what type of flooring you’re looking at by knowing simple terms. The term parquet is usually used as an umbrella term to describe flooring which includes patterns. Therefore, parquet floors include the chevron and herringbone patterns. Parquet floors can also incorporate other geometrical patterns such as triangles and squares but can also contain curves. Hardwood Planet carries Herringbone parquet and chevron. We have unfinished planks which could be stained in any color. Herringbone planks are all the same length - 2.5’. To say the last few years building our #peacevansmodern business has been a whirlwind is an understatement. The first picture here is from spring of 2017.... ... I vividly remember thinking...oh my! We have two vans with pop tops - quick grab a photo. It was a pretty consequential moment as we really had no idea how we were ever going to plow ahead with our vision and passion for the project with so much unknown and so much hard worn ahead.... ...fast forward to the other week. We had a rash of rental cancellations (Smoke and air quality) and 5 out of 6 of our Metris rentals were in on the lot. I thought! what a great photo...then I realized, wait, there’s about 8 more here...let’s line ‘em all up.... ... It’s amazing to see so much hard work payoff. We are cranking out these vans and people are raving about them. Each week we are sending 2-4 new owners on the road and the stories come back immediately with reports of how happy they are.... .... We had a lot of blind faith and naïveté, but we also are super smart people here, hard working, dedicated and customer focused... ... Onwards and upwards with this exciting new business. Interested? There’s a reason open concept is so popular 😎 The kitchen was so tiny before at #industrialfarmhouse🏠 and this really made a huge difference in the property. Way more seating, cabinet space and counter space! I get asked a lot about load-bearing walls, if you swipe over I find this image helpful to explain. The top drawing is the same layout as this property with the load-bearing right down the centre, so the wall from dining to kitchen was only an interior separation wall! Hopefully that helps but it’s so important to be 100% sure before you start ripping down walls! If you don’t have experience it may be your best bet to hire a pro before you start! A Birdseye Maple dining room table top. . . . This was my latest commission piece. Apart from my day-to-day building cabinets, I am still pursuing my fine furniture work. A client came to me with a table base and chair set made from a mix of cherry and maple, and they wanted a custom table top to really complete the set. . We landed on a heavily figured birdseye maple veneer with solid edging. A simple eased-bevel detail on the edge lightens the look of the 1 1/2 inch thick top and pairs well with the tapered legs on the pre-made base. The natural light in the room really makes the figure in the birdseye top glow, even with a satin finish. . . . Like all projects in a new shop, there were many lessons learned, methods adjusted, and a few scraps thrown at the trash bin in anger, but in the end Im happy with how this piece turned out. It was a simple project in the grand scheme, but I wanted to start slowly as I dip my toes back into custom commissions. Looking forward to the next project. . . Nothing fancy, but it’s delicious and brought back a lot of memories. Texas Wild boar cutlets, Panko crust, seasoned with garlic and chili powder. Pan seared and finished in the oven. Unbelievable. But better than the meal is the memories. I killed this pig last year on the Immersion Clinic. My buddy Dan and I traveled all the way to Texas to work with @joelturner_shotiq and @tom_clum_sr on our shot process and execution. We made new friends, chased rabbits until after midnight every night, are like kings, told and listened to stories, laughed way too hard and maybe had one too many adult beverages. It was an amazing experience they I’m so grateful for and will never forget. Heck, I wasn’t even sure how I was gonna cut this pig up and fly it home to NY, but Joel jumped right in and started cutting! You may not know but I have moved back to Colorado recently. Had a wonderful afternoon yesterday meeting up with friends for lunch and then onwards to the Asian market in Broomfield, Colorado. This market is one I have been to years ago when it was new. Love the variety of produce and food there. My daun kesum (Vietnamese mint) did not survive the Minnesota winter and so I am trying to root these. Hopefully, it will work. SEI STOLZ AUF DICH VERDAMMT! Genau das geht mir seit gestern Abend durch den Kopf. Die letzten Tage, und Wochen liefen Kopfmäßig nicht so. Viel Selbstkritik und eine ordentliche Portion Unsicherheit. Doch gestern Abend kam es mir in den Kopf. Ich kann stolz auf mich sein. Hab schon so viel geschafft. Links, vor ca 8 Jahren mitten in einer der schlimmsten Phasen meines Lebens. 5 Kilo vor meinem niedrigsten Gewicht von 37 kg. Doch ich hab es geschafft. Fünf Jahre, von 15 bis 20, habe ich gekämpft und mich aus der Magersucht befreit. Habe es geschafft in den letzten 6 Jahren nur 2 Rückfälle zu haben. Also egal was gerade so schwer ist, egal was mir gerade den Kopf zermartet. - I have noticed a lot of pictures recently of avocados grown from seed. These are my two 3 & 4 years old. We cut the centers out this year as they were getting too big. The leaves are a bit sunburnt as its hot where we are.

My most challenging and satisfying prune job to date. This is a dormant #crepemyrtle that was not pruned for many many years. It now has tree like structures. It was over 5 metres tall. I agreed to this as there was a lot of clearance for the branches to fall safely. The owners wanted to bring this down just below half its current height to keep this as a feature for the garden. I had one of the owners to hold a cord to pull it safely to the cleared zones. Most challenge part was to ensure the neighbours TV aerial was not disturbed. That branch closed was pruned last. The wood is solid and strong. Great for making cat condominium and bird perch and a whole lot more. The tools pruning tools I used were #stihlmsa200c, #stihlms170 with an #oregonpowersharp chain. - @punk_gardener on Instagram

Completed mid-century modern inspired dining table made from reclaimed Messmate. This is the biggest and most most designed project Ive worked on. It was awesome working all the way from sketches to 3D modelling all the way to completion. Looking forward to many years of family meals around this.
