The incident took place at Raya Road which comes under the Sadabad police station in Hathras. The woman and her mother had come to Sadabad to buy medicines and were returning home in a tempo in the evening. During the journey, the woman felt sick and started vomiting. As a result, her mother stepped down from the tempo to fetch her some water. Taking the opportunity, the tempo driver and two other men decided to abduct the woman. They sped away in the vehicle with the woman, leaving the mother behind. On the other hand, Superintendent of Police (SP) Vikrant Veer denied any ‘urgency’ by the police in holding the cremation at night even though cremations do not normally take place after sunset. He added that the cremation was done by the family as usual after the body reached Boolgarhi village. The SP claimed that the situation is calm in the village, but heavy police force has been deployed. The woman was allegedly raped in a Hathras village by four men, who were later taken into custody. Initially she was rushed to the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital in Aligarh, but on Monday night had to be shifted to the Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi after her condition deteriorated. She was in a critical condition and on ventilator support. The police claimed that the post-mortem report did not confirm any sexual assault. How will we improve speed and reliability? We will work with TransLink to implement bold changes to our transit and road network to get your where you want to go faster. Some of these changes include: rapid bus routes, bus stop balancing, bus bulbs, lane designations, and bus priority signalization. These transit priority enhancements may alleviate the impacts of congestion on bus service to more quickly and reliably connect passengers to their destinations and encourages people to choose transit over driving. Bit of a long read for you. But here is what we are doing at the BSR to keep everyone safe and happy. Brave Sir Robin New Rules Announcement Im sure many of you have already seen the new rules however here is a little post from us to give you the rundown. Starting from this evening all our staff will be wearing masks. So sadly you wont be able to see all of our gorgeous smiles. From Thursday we will need to have everyone out of the bar at 10 pm. This will likely mean we will have to do last orders at half 9 to allow time to get everyone out safely. We will be able to offer takeout growlers and cans orders. So you can take your party elsewhere. However, you will not be able to linger around the bar. Any booking previously received will also now have to finish at 10 pm. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. We still hope to see you all in the bar and would like to thank you for all the support and love we have received from you thus far. De beslissingsbevoegdheid is bij de diverse Veiligheidsregio’s neergelegd, met als resultaat dat er niet alleen regionaal verschillen ontstaan maar zelfs binnen steden. De Alliantie doet een dringend verzoek richting overheid om hierin zo gauw mogelijk eenduidigheid te scheppen en met duidelijke en rechtvaardige criteria te komen waarop deze ontheffingen wel of niet worden verleend. De Alliantie stelt voor om voor alle culturele podia de eenduidige 1,5 meter regel aan te houden, zoals afgelopen tijd ook het geval was. De evenementenbranche heeft de afgelopen periode aangetoond op een verantwoorde manier evenementen te kunnen organiseren en werkt met strakke protocollen. Volkomen willekeur Schrijnend voorbeeld is de situatie binnen de gemeente Amsterdam: daar heeft Burgemeester Halsema besloten om maar 10 culturele instellingen aan te wijzen die meer dan 30 mensen mogen ontvangen. Halsema heeft deze locaties geselecteerd omdat het volgens haar panden zijn van groot internationaal, nationaal of regionaal belang en vandaag de dag een vitale rol spelen voor de culturele infrastructuur en een capaciteit hebben van minimaal 100 bezoekers binnen de huidige 1,5 meter beperkingen. De volstrekte willekeur in de keuze van de zalen stuit echter op onbegrip bij andere zalen, zoals AFAS Live, Ziggo Dome en Westergasfabriek, die hun deuren niet mogen openen. Follow Involved on Instagram, to speak up about the issues that matter to you: @involved.uk The tool, supported by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and managed by the British Youth Council, has been designed by a group of 30 young people aged between 15 and 24 set up last year to offer a youth perspective on decisions made in government.
