Ingredienti: • 320 gr. di pennette • 12 gamberi • 1 limone (buccia e succo) • vino bianco q.b. • sale q.b. • prezzemolo q.b • 5 cucchiai dolio extravergine doliva • 1 spicchio daglio Procedimento: Lavare e pulire i gamberi, togliendo il filo nero. In una padella mettere lolio e laglio, facendolo imbiondire, per poi toglierlo. Versare i gamberi e sfumare con il vino bianco . Cuocere le pennette in abbondante acqua salata, quando diventano al dente versatele nella padella aggiungendo il succo di limone. Infine aggiungere la buccia grattugiata e il prezzemolo tritato. {RICETTE DI PASTA} 🇮🇹 Spaghettoni alla crema di gamberi . Ingredienti per 4 persone 400 gr di spaghettoni 500 gr di gamberi sgusciati 100 ml di brandy 100 gr di panna vegetale da cucina sale e pepe q.b. . Preparazione Mettere l’acqua per la pasta. In una padella ampia mettere un filo d’ olio ed appena questo sara’ caldo aggiungere i gamberi. È possibile utilizzare i gamberi puliti e surgelati, pronti all’ uso oppure i gamberi freschi ed in questo caso dovrete pulirli voi, sgusciarli e soffriggerli. Dopo 3 /4 minuti di cottura sfumare i gamberi con il brandy. Sfumarli bene a fiamma vivace per evitare che rimanga alcool nell sughetto rischiando di farlo diventare troppo dolciastro. Aggiungere la panna vegetale. Mescolare il tutto molto bene. Aggiustare di sale e pepe. Cuocere gli spaghettoni in abbondante acqua salata e scolarli al.dente direttamente nella padella del sughetto. Mescolare bene e servire. . 🇬🇧 Spaghettoni with shrimp cream . Ingredients for 4 people 400 g of spaghetti 500 g of peeled shrimp 100 ml of brandy 100 g of vegetable cooking cream salt and pepper to taste . Preparation Put the water for the pasta. En el Momento @aysaborati Gabriel Oggero nos anticipó cómo será #ConexiónMasticar la Feria gastronómica más importante de la Argentina que, por primera, vez no será presencial sino virtual. El cocinero, dueño de @crizia_restaurant -un abanderado de los productos frescos y de estación- es uno de los encargados del Mercado de Productos, que reunirá a más de doscientos productores de nuestro país: El sábado 3 y el domingo 4, la Feria propone conectarse a través de las redes. En el Mercado van a estar en contacto con todos los productores, porque lo que hicimos fue juntarlos y armamos cajas colectivas para que puedan comprarlas de a tres personas, con un familiar o con amigos y repartirla, así se hace más fácil la logística del productor, ya que los productores vienen de todas partes del país, y hay que tener en cuenta que una gran mayoría son artesanos y se fueron agrupando para armar las cajas. Además, en @mesadeestacion -una acción que hacemos con ACELGA hace muchos años- van a participar más de cien restaurantes de toda la Argentina. Y también vamos a tener en nuestro canal de YouTube y de Instagram charlas en vivo, clases de cocina y vamos a contar recetas, vamos a hablar de productos, entre otras cosas. #ConexionMasticar es un trabajo que hacemos sin fines de lucro, la feria es abierta y es digital. Y estamos con mucha expectativa de seguir conectados, ya que en esta Pandemia una de las cosas que más hicimos todos en casa fue cocinar. Gabriel un experto en carnes patagónicas y, sobre todo, en las ostras del sur nos enseñó sus tips para que nos animemos a probarlas: Siempre recomiendo la primera vez comerlas solas o con unas gotitas de limón para equilibrar la acidez. Nosotros usamos gajos de limón de Tucumán, y también las servimos con vinagre de echalotes, templada con manteca de trufas, gratinadas con espumante o con panko crocante.
