Here’s how to make it: 2 slices whole wheat bread 2 ounces Cabot sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 cup broccoli, shredded 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper black pepper, to taste In a large bowl, combine cheese, broccoli, garlic powder, and black pepper. The volume of food typically doesnt matter when eating whole foods by nature. The fiber and water content you get from real foods made by nature will keep you fuller longer and provide the nutrients your body needs. Thus turning off the hunger pains! šŸŽ Also when people eat packaged, processed so called foods - they lack quality balanced nutrients (rather they are added in unbalanced or enriched) and fiber. Without fiber in the food - blood sugar levels soar and the lack of nutrients and high sugar levels tend to stimulate hunger pains. šŸ„‘ This is mostly due to the body not receiving the proper nutrients it needs for the daily demands you place on it. So the moral of the story here is eating less rather than eating for quality is one major cause of people not getting results or hitting plateaus. šŸ‰ Eat whole foods by nature - its by far the least complicated and most nutrient dense ways of eating.
