Today I want to share with U my secret skin weapon! 🤫 Tumeric has high anti-inflammatory properties. Using that is helping your skin healing faster💕 You can eat and drink it, but also putting it on your skin. My bodylotion recipe: 1️⃣ smash one tumeric piece in the pot 2️⃣ Add plant oil and heat it up until its cooking then take the pot from the heat (I prefer olive oil or coconut oil - depends on how much your skin needs to be nutured) 3️⃣ Add one tea spoon of bee wax (if u like it harder then 2tsp) 4️⃣ Mix til everything is smooth 5️⃣ Using a filter while putting it in a container in which u wanna store your bodycream . Let it cool down and apply it everytime after shower. I used to shower mild warm and applied it afterwards within 5 minutes. Let it soak 5-10 minutes snd then u can wear clothes. ❗️Be aware that the yellow colour of the tumeric is quite strong and leaves marks. wear loosen and/or colorful/dark clothes after applied it❗️ . TIPP wear cloves while applying when u dont like the marks on your nails . MY RESULT WITHIN 3 Days I saw major changes on my skin! After 1 week the redness and thickness was gone completely! .
