- I started a little side business selling pizzas to family and friends. I made a rye autolyse as an experiment a few weeks ago, but it never rose, so I figured it was dead. Apparently it was put in the back of the fridge. I found it this morning, bubbly, so made grandma focaccia for my roommates.
