Takeaways: ๐ I was heavier on Saturday than I was in January but my body composition is much different ๐ Made the most to build some muscle / strength under the fluff ๐ Actually tracked my diet with macros 6/7 days a week with no restrictions. ๐ Enjoyed life on my re-feed days with either take-out food, frozen pizza, alcohol, pancakes, a full bag of chips or popcorn and, more alcohol... more alcohol ๐ Following a powerlifting program with scattered sessions of cardio on a bike, playing volleyball, jokingly trying to beat someoneโs daily steps but nothing too structured on that end ๐ TBH there was no real end goal.
