Your cores main job is to provide stability for your spine. The muscles of your core can produce movement. However, more importantly, their job is to oppose or RESIST movement. . Being able to stabilize your spine is extremely important. Especially during big lifts like the squat or deadlift. 🏋🏻♂️We don’t want excessive rounding or hyper extension of the low back during exercises like that. That’s when injuries are more likely to happen.😫 . When people think of their “core” they usually just think “abs” BUT 🍑 your core includes all the muscles that attach to your pelvis! . Westdeutsche Meisterschaft des @nac_germany in Rheinbach. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinen Athleten und wir konnten einen Titel, zwei Vize Titel und 3 dritte Plätze verbuchen. @quadro_mats überzeugte in der Body1 mit seiner Härte und gewann den Titel. Unser „Küken“ Jana errang wie schon bei der Newcomer den Vize Titel in der Bikini Shape, was eine tolle erste Saison für sie bedeutete. Stefan konnte leider seine Topform noch nicht auf die Bühne bringen und wurde trotzdem knapp Dritter. Bärbel holte sich den dritten Platz in der Figur over 40. Auch Sie brachte eine tolle Form auf die Bühne. Unser Newcomer @djinnis wurde ebenfalls Dritter in der Athletik1, verbesserte sich noch mal in den zwei Wochen seit seinem ersten Start bei der Deutschen Newcomer Meisterschaft. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über den Vize Titel für @guidoeismann in der Over50, der nach langer Pause, durch einige Verletzungen und OP‘s eine brutale Form zeigte. Wir freuen uns auf die Deutsche Meisterschaft und wünschen allen Athleten alles Gute für die letzten Tage bevor es losgeht.
