Sabe-se que Adenosinatrifosfato (ATP) é primariamente fonte de energia para célula. Logo, níveis elevados de ATP podem ter o potencial de melhorar a composição corporal. Uma mistura patenteada de antigos extratos de turfa e maçã (elevATP) demonstrou potencial de aumento dos níveis de ATP por aumentar a taxa de produção de ATP mitocondrial. O objetivo do trabalho foi determinar os efeitos do suplemento na composição corporal quando consumidos durante 12 semanas de treinamento resistido. 25 indivíduos saudáveis, treinados, sexo masculino (27,7 ± 4,8 anos; altura, 176,0 ± 6,5 cm; massa corporal, 83,2 ± 12,1 kg) completaram este estudo. Indivíduos foram suplementados uma vez por dia com 1 porção (150 mg) da mistura patenteada (elevATP) (grupo TRT) ou placebo (PLA). O treinamento resistido supervisionado consistiu em 8 semanas de treinamento periodizado ondulado diário, seguido de um período de 2 semanas de sobrealcance e uma fase de afilamento de 2 semanas. A composição corporal foi avaliada por meio da absorciometria por raios-X de dupla energia e ultra-som nas semanas 0, 4, 8, 10 e 12. Os sinais vitais e marcadores sanguíneos foram avaliados nas semanas 0, 8 e 12. Valores significantes nas análises grupo × tempo (p 0,05) foram presentes para a área seccional determinada por ultrassonografia, que aumentou em TRT (+0,91 cm2) versus PLA (–0,08 cm2), assim como a espessura muscular (TRT: + 0,46; PLA: +0,04 cm). Houve uma interação significativa de grupo x tempo (p 0,05) para creatinina (TRT: +0,06; PLA: +0,15 mg / dL), triglicérides (TRT: +24,1; PLA: –20,2 mg / dL) e muito VLDL (TRT: +4.9; PLA: –3.9 mg / dL), que permaneceu dentro dos intervalos clínicos. Assim, segundo os autores, suplementação com a mistura proprietária (elevATP) pode melhorar a hipertrofia do músculo esquelético induzida pelo treinamento de resistência, sem afetar massa gorda ou parâmetros laboratoriais. I have the greatest respect for bodybuilders of all stripes especially those who decide to showcase their physiques on stage. Its definitely a little different from the great gym physiques we see daily because this requires a 24/7 approach to training, diet, macros, cardio and the correct supplementation and all on the correct timing. I applaud everyone especially those that have reached the professional ranks. The unique part I discovered once you leave the gym physique and decide to compete those circus mirrors you look into can play mind games. But thats the fun part. Again I didnt add all the muscle mass I attempted to gain and honestly my conditioning is off quite a bit. I came in at 215 lbs which was my target but I should have been 205 or below. Unfortunately I lost one coach during prep for a conflict and fired the other 4 days out for lack of attention to detail and my needs versus another competitor he was working with. But at the end of the day the joy of bodybuilding is you own your results. First off, thank you Lord for your blessings and allowing me this amazing experience. I need to say its awesome to have stage pics with the NY Pro logo in the background. Didnt place as high as I wanted but looking at the pics , this is a pro show and some spots could easily be interchangeable. No complaints only more work for the next one in 2 weeks. Most know my little journey from injury to stage in the last 9 months so Im beyond blessed to even be onstage with some of these young beasts. So many great people supporting and encouraging me during this time. To everyone here , thank you all for checking in and always sending positive thoughts my way. I appreciate the support. To my family, the wife and kids, thank you for being able to be home during the down time and just be normal between all the pressure and stress of the grind. Westdeutsche Meisterschaft des @nac_germany in Rheinbach. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinen Athleten und wir konnten einen Titel, zwei Vize Titel und 3 dritte Plätze verbuchen. @quadro_mats überzeugte in der Body1 mit seiner Härte und gewann den Titel. Unser „Küken“ Jana errang wie schon bei der Newcomer den Vize Titel in der Bikini Shape, was eine tolle erste Saison für sie bedeutete. Stefan konnte leider seine Topform noch nicht auf die Bühne bringen und wurde trotzdem knapp Dritter. Bärbel holte sich den dritten Platz in der Figur over 40. Auch Sie brachte eine tolle Form auf die Bühne. Unser Newcomer @djinnis wurde ebenfalls Dritter in der Athletik1, verbesserte sich noch mal in den zwei Wochen seit seinem ersten Start bei der Deutschen Newcomer Meisterschaft. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über den Vize Titel für @guidoeismann in der Over50, der nach langer Pause, durch einige Verletzungen und OP‘s eine brutale Form zeigte. Wir freuen uns auf die Deutsche Meisterschaft und wünschen allen Athleten alles Gute für die letzten Tage bevor es losgeht. Vorbereitung auf die Herbst Saison 2006 mit dem Ziel Gesamtsieger Int. Deutsche Meisterschaft, was für mich immer eine enorme Bedeutung hatte. Nach einigen Wochen wurde dieser Traum wahr obwohl ich vorher meine Klasse bei der bayerischen nicht gewinnen konnte. Denkt immer an eure Ziele auch wenn es immer wieder mal Rückschläge gibt. Nichts geschieht von heute auf morgen, Beständigkeit zahlt sich am Ende meist aus. Geduld, Disziplin, Hingabe, Beharrlichkeit, Leidenschaft und die Liebe zum Sport über viele Jahre hinweg sind im Bodybuilding sehr wichtige Eckpfeiler. Das ganze macht man in erster Linie für sich selbst und nicht für andere, Instagram und social Media. So war damals immer unser Grundgedanke. It’s quite common to hear fellow lifters complain that when they try and work their lats, they manifest a better pump in the forearms and biceps, which does little to stimulate back growth. YOU ARE USING TOO MUCH WEIGHT! This is without a doubt the #1 culprit for holding back the development of big backs. While there certainly is a powerful correlation between the strength of a muscle and its eventual size. There is an even stronger one between keeping the target muscle under tension and the ability to “feel” it doing the work. The mind/muscle connection is very real and more important than you may think.
