However, some smoothie recipes are high FODMAP and can contribute to bloating and diarrhoea. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 😀 Here is a gut friendly/low FODMAP option for you!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👩🏼🍳The main ingredients to your smoothie should be protein + fibre + healthy fat to keep you feeling full and satisfied. The protein option for this smoothie is lactose free cows milk. If you’re dairy-free, you can always use a non-dairy milk and add a scoop of protein powder. Fibre comes from the berries, zucchini and flaxseed meal.
