Eased Guidelines for Farmers Markets Coming This afternoon Governor Ralph Northam announced that more flexibility is coming for farmers markets related to foot traffic and prepared food. Secretary Bettina Ring said written guidelines will be finalized in the coming week. In a conversation with VAFMA Executive Director Kim Hutchinson, VDACS Commissioner Jewel Bronaugh conveyed that the two main changes regarding farmers markets will be that markets can now use on site browsing and on site dining. She emphasized that markets must continue to adhere to the principles of social distancing and no congregation. There must continue to be 6 feet between customers as well as 10 feet between vendors. Vendors must continue to use personal protective equipment as previously outlined. They recommend that customers use face coverings as well. Today marks the five year anniversary of the day we lost Officer Bradley R. Jones. On October 28th, 2011 Brad responded to a call from a probation officer to assist him with a probationer who wanted to report finding a gun. While taking a report involving the recovery of the gun which turned out to be stolen, Brad became suspicious of the involvement of the man making the report. As he began questioning him, the man pulled another gun and fired multiple times fatally wounding him. In the early morning hours of October 29th, 2011, a family lost a husband, father, brother and son; our department lost an outstanding officer and our community lost a hero. Before & After. The image on the left is a prime example of a poorly sharpened scissor. There’s been excessive metal removal using the wrong methods leaving the scissor with no tips, rendering it useless and unsafe. Using the correct tools & skills i was able to salvage this scissor but i was shocked that this was handed back to a stylist in this state, with the expectation it would cut hair at all. V prodejnách probíhá dezinfekce, zvýšená pozornost je věnována vozíkům. Rohlíky jsou baleny do sáčků. Zákazníci jsou v marketech upozorněni letáky či hlášením, aby dodržovali hygienická opatření, například rozestupy u pokladny či placení kartou. „Opatření k ochraně našich zaměstnanců a zákazníků upravujeme prakticky každý den. Jedním z opatření je také instalace plexiskel v sekci pokladních zón, které jsou od minulého týdne plošně montovány na všechny naše prodejny,“ informovala mluvčí Billy Dana Bratánková.
