SHOP UPDATE: I am in the process of getting all orders made / packed and ready for shipping. We ran out of shipping boxes and I am hoping they are here by Thursday, I am making orders and prepping them ready to go out at the end of the week. Please remember that FRIDAY is our post day that I take orders to the depo, unless I cannot fit it all (please be mindful of first class shipping, I try for these to go out on Thursday but it’s not a guarantee) as I said, if it doesn’t fit in on load I take them on Thursdays or Saturday, I am doing this to keep my distance regarding Covid and the safety of my family to limit me leaving. It’s also the days I have someone to mind my son. I have needed to take a couple of days off this week, due to putting my neck out (quite literally) I have got it back in but I have pain in the muscle so I’ve been napping during the day to try and heal. If I push too hard with pouring melts extra I feel like I’m gonna be sick and we don’t need those kinda vibes! UrbanLune will now be closing for a few weeks in November instead of October (my bad) as I have pushed out my flight to Australia due to a wholesale order that’s gonna take a month to make. I made my partner take most of the month off to help 😵🌿🕯📦 so that’s gonna be fun!!! Also, (sorry it’s a long one) due to popular demand in my inbox, we will make the new collection in travel tin size too for those witches that prefer it. They will be 6oz tins and pretty cute. We are trying to have them all ready for Christmas and candle season, I am in the process of setting up a witchy photo shoot 🖤🍂🙌🏽 for the autumnal season. Nature at its finest. I just wanna day I’ve been so busy with UL recently and your posts and love and feedback really keep me going and I am so thankful for all your support. Speak to yourself like, you ❤ yourself & care about yourself🗣weve picked up a thinking pattern thats now a habit, not our fault, but we ARE going to pick up a NEW habit to replace it. We CAN do it. When do you notice, take a moment to also notice what the thought causes you to feel like? You may notice a fearful feeling before you notice the thought. . 7. Now we can start to see practically how thoughts effect our feelings, this is brilliant practice well done. 8. Now have ready on paper some questions to provoke interest instead of fear. . ✒Why do I believe a worst case scenario is so possible? . ✒Has something similar happened before? . ✒Does this mean it WILL happen again, or am I just assuming? . ✒Am I only looking for evidence that supports the worst case scenario? . ✒Have we considered the best case scenario? . ✒What would that look & feel like? . ✒Whats the most likely scenario? . ✒What if the worst case scenario really is looking to be true. How can i prepare for this, to help myself through? . Working practically with your thought patterns to relearn wiser ones can change how you feel #cbt . WHAT ifs can be good. You can practice managing your what ifs so that they reflect a more wiser aproach rather than fear. False Evidence Appearing Real . Fear believed, unaided, helpless, unsolved = Anxiety. .
