If there’s one thing you learn from my account let it be this especially if you’ve come from toxic parents or emotionally unavailable parents. If you’re new to my story, I realized my mom was a narcissist when I was 30 after I divorced my narcissistic ex husband (I saw a lot of similarities), I got diagnosed with postpartum depression, found an amazing therapist who helped me realize I have 33 years of childhood trauma (unsupportive, conditional love) and here I am.
