I took two JABS classes this morning and during both classes I was having so much fun with @marisagraniela during lower body splash and @alimitchellnyc during choreo x bands that I forgot to turn on my Apple Watch until mid workout. IN BOTH CLASSES!!! In the first class, I was upset bc I enjoy seeing how many calories that I burn after my workout but then I went in the present moment of enjoying what’s going on in the present and to take it all in. By the second class when I did the same thing, I wasn’t as upset with myself bc I was in the present moment enjoying the choreo and dancing and punching my heart out!!! Also I knew @jabsbygina would be proud of me because it’s not about the amount of calories that you burn on your apple watch, it’s about enjoying yourself and getting stronger with your team each class!!!
