Want to know the difference from being miserable and living life to the fullest? . MINDSET. . Yes that’s me. Flashback to 2012. 4 kids, out of shape and living off a Diet Dr. Pepper high. But I finally decided I had enough. I went from a stay-at-home mom of 4 kids who woke up miserably angry, physically fatigued, and hating life to a product model on a prestigious website promoting self love and encouraging women to embrace their flaws. . How? Again, mindset. I woke up one day and said these words: “I’m tired. I can’t do this anymore.” So... I changed. I changed my thoughts. I convinced myself that there was something better out there. I believed I could become something more than a women who “birthed humans”. So each day I woke up, I switched my “I hate this day” into a “let’s go work out”. I turned my frowns into smiles because why not, and I started believing in myself. . Now don’t get me wrong. There is 8 years between these images. So a quick fix is not what I’m promoting. But what i am offering or encouraging is the ability to see that you have the ability to change. It took me Almost a decade of hard work and dedication of committing to a mindset that I knew would change my life. And it Did!! And so can you! . With consistent and perseverance, I overcame what could have potentially been the death of me. . I saw this beautiful lady yesterday for her second round of Sculptra and we were both thrilled with her transformation thus far. This 57 year old women had never done any injectables. Rhinoplasty in thin-skinned patients: Thin skin over the nose can show every detail of the nasal tip cartilages, such as in this beautiful patient’s before photos (left). I balanced her dorsum and strengthened her tip with structural grafting, yet softened her tip appearance with perichondrium from the ear. She is only two months out so still quite swollen, but breathing much better through her now straighter nose!
