- Any ideas on how to help my cordyline? Early spring it was all droopy and grey. I repotted it, adjusted my watering and moved it to part shade. Since the top half has perked up and gone back to its gorgeous red. The bottom half though still looks awful. Do I need to hard cut it in March?
