The first photo was taken August 15th and the second August 16th. Last sunset in California and first in Ohio. Something about needing to watch the sunset has been a large part of who I am for some chunk of time. Can’t describe why but it’s a part of me for some odd reason, as if the day needs closure in the same way the grade school part of my life needed closure, as if sleeping in my house as a resident needed closure, as if warm sunny days needed closure, as if with every day a part of me is lost and another part reborn. It’s interesting that with time one must close off things they love simply because they can’t do all the things they love anymore. Physical examples include stargazing, driving my car, and dancing in giant dance rooms. Emotional examples include Saturday nights and Sunday mornings, Jeep adventures, and watching the green flash. Spiritual examples include Refuge, the 10:45 service, and Emerald Cove. I’m slowly coming to the realization that I can’t recreate those relationships and moments, that in a new place it’s gotta be new. It’s been rough finding happiness knowing I’ve lost the worlds best weather, resources, and group of friends, yet it’s finally getting better now than I’m realizing such great things are out here as well, just in a different form. I’m so thankful for my friends, Kismat, Dhamakapella, Eldred, Clarke Tower, all of it, because I’m starting to realize what a great thing I’ve got here. I’m starting to turn a new leaf now that the majority of them have fallen off the trees, and I just thought that was something cool and worth sharing. Covid Update A member of our Uli’s team has tested positive for covid-19 and is currently recovering under isolation. We have contacted health authorities with all information, they have not determined this to be a risk to our staff or customers. However, for your safety and our comfort, the rest of our team have been tested of our own volition. All tests have come back negative. Another day in paradise?! 🌺 This place is called Rincon del Mar and you can find it on the Colombian coast ca. 300km from Cartagena. . . It feels like it is still a secret among travelers and I hope it stays like this a little longer 😊 . . The journey to get to Rincon is not easy. A 1 hour taxi ride from Cartagena to the bus terminal. Followed by a 2-3 hour bus ride to San Onofre and another 20 minute taxi or mototaxi ride on a bumpy dust road to Rincon del Mar. . To reach the beautiful Dos Aguas Lodge Hostel, where I can only highly recommend to stay!, it takes another 15 minute foot walk across the beach with all your luggage. 💦 . . The reward is definitely worth it! The most beautiful sunset, the best food including Italian from a small Italian restaurant next to Dos Aguas, almost no travelers, locals in the small town dancing to super loud reggeaton in the streets, quiet nights in an airy dorm sleeping to the sound of the waves!! During day time you can do a boat trip to near islands, go snorkelling and even do your diving license there! Most of the day is simply relaxing in the comfy hammocks and beach chairs. 🏖 (Pretty good WiFi is available too by the way! ;)) . . Spring is such a beautiful season! It’s so motivating as we get a tiny taste of what’s to come when we hit summer ❤️ Spring is the season to step it up & get moving, work towards that summer body you want we are only 2 months away from bikinis everyday! Currently I am on day 4 which is only the beginning of a 4 week full gut health reset! To say the least it has been a challenge so far but I’m determined to get to the end & my main motivation is to feel amazing come summer & obviously have an amazing beach body 😋☀️ So the thing is because of my gut health my skin is breaking out, my energy levels are low, my stress levels too high causing anxiety on a daily basis, headaches all the time & periods where I go from eating too much of the wrong food & then eat too little & punishing myself for the bad food I consumed, too much gluten, sugar, dairy all of these factors come into play when it comes to a heathy gut, healthy skin & a healthy mind! I have been struggling with this for longer then I can remember, stress also takes a big part in this, like most people struggling with stress, eating too much on days where I’m over emotional or not eating at all because my stress has gotten the better of me. Ive decided after years of struggling, I asked for help! I mean why haven’t I done it sooner, why did I let myself feel this bad for so long! Now I am investing over the next 4 weeks to cleaning out my body of all the nasty toxins so I can feel amazing!! I’m feeling great about today, I’m excited however I know it’s going to be hard! Commitment & dedication is key & the right support from family & friends. So here we go! My question to everyone what are you doing to make yourself feel better each & every day?? He estado bien desaparecida. Podría contar los maravillosos proyectos de lo que he sido parte este último tiempo, pero siento que no tiene sentido, cuando el mundo ha cambiado (al menos para mi). Siento que este tiempo lo necesitaba para asumir lo que la vida nos ha entregado. (Y creo que asumir es lo mínimo que podíamos hacer... o más bien tratar de comprendernos). Nuevos caminos se han abierto... nuevas ventanas y cada vez que eso pasa miro atrás solo para recordar cuando una vez un hombre con el que había estado trabajando me dijo: “¿A quién le haz ganado?... ¿Quién eres?” Creo que esa pregunta la he podido analizar... pero más allá de analizar la aprendí a amar. Sí, puede sonar absurdo pero amé esa pregunta; eso porque hoy puedo decir con argumentos sólidos que soy una Mujer de 35 años que comenzó sus sueños nuevamente desde cero y me siento profundamente orgullosa de cada centavo y manzana que gano/compro. “Por que lo hice”... no para otros. Lo hice por mi con el apoyo de mis seres amados... mi Familia. Esto es para que a ninguna mujer le cuestionen lo que han realizado y lo que han logrado... porque si lo hicimos fue sin duda alguna con sacrificios de por medio. 🌹 I AM GOOD ENOUGH 🌹 This was a statement I never believed to be true for me! How many of you feel that in one way or another you aren’t good enough? You may feel that you aren’t good enough or deserving of the perfect relationship, job or life? This was meeeee, fundamentally flawed hehe. Until I found PSYCH-K 😉 I then learnt that 95% of our consciousness is the subconscious mind (Habitual mind, it can only play back what it learns) and the other 5% is the conscious mind, the creative mind. So, 95% of our day is run by our programs in the subconscious mind. It’s job is to create reality from your programs, so, if you believe you are not good enough, 95% of your day you will be self-sabotaging yourself to make sure you aren’t good enough!!! Our conscious mind lives in the past and the future, so if our conscious mind is there, who is taking care of the now? The subconscious mind!! It is running on your programs (beliefs and habits picked up from other people) It is said that 70% of our beliefs are limiting, can you see how our days, weeks and years play out if 70% of our day we are in an auto pilot mode of thinking we aren’t good enough! We can make all the conscious decisions we want but our conscious mind only has a 40bt proccessor and is up against our subconscious mind who runs on a 40 million bit processor 🤯 let me put that into context, the subconscious mind can process 40 million bits of data per second from its environment! It is 1 million times more powerful than the conscious mind! So we can stand in front of the mirror and repeat I am good enough all we want but what we actually need is for it to be changed at the subconscious level then we will be operating on auto pilot from a self-empowering and self-enhancing belief system! PSYCH-K has changed my life! There’s no other way of putting it! Today, I spontaneously remembered I still have a day job. 🤷♂️🤷♂️ So, I decided I should go to work. Most people still remembered me. My bosses in particular were rather pleased to see me and I think it will help my performance review A LOT that I actually came to work. I didnt have a desk anymore, but they let me sit at someone elses. . The highlight was being asked by the admin girls about the new baby I had adopted. When I asked if they meant Babou, our bamboo plant, they said, No, you have an actual adopted child now dont you? You said so on Instagram? It turns out that straight people get very confused by homosexual men who call ourselves daddy on social media. 😂😂 . After successfully quashing that destructive workplace rumour, I knocked back a coffee, ate some brownies, did some *actual work* for a few hours (I know, I am as surprised as anyone!!) and unwittingly entered into a blood feud with another department who are now on my shit list. . LESSONS FROM THE PATH: FROM EXTERNAL TRACKING TO INTERNAL TRACKING If you grew up in a home that was unpredictable, you probably learned the value of tracking others from a young age. You learned to read a room. To change your tone. To massage your words. You learned to dim. Your needs, your feelings, your passions, your wins, your losses. You learned to tend to others days/feelings/desires first. Making a million micro-adjustments a day. Orbiting around the people whose presence demanded it. A lot of what I do with clients is teaching them how to turn that instinct into a nourishing habit. We learn to track ourselves. That what’s happening inside their bodies matters. Not to shame responses, but to unlock shame. Not to police, but to watch with compassion. Not to be hypervigilant, but to be curious. That learning to track themselves- to feel the sensations in their body- is a freeing practice. To allow our internal landscape and sensations space to move, to receive them with kindness and curiosity, gently unravels and restores the nervous system. It is with these simple practices that grace starts to fall into place— clarity arrives, motivation settles in, hard moves are made, boundaries are held. All from a sturdier foundation that lies within. As you read this, Im curious what happens to your inner landscape? Do you feel a deep sigh? A tightening in the throat? A tingling sensation? ☆ EVERYTHING I ATE TODAY ☆ ... the day after overeating Yesterday I didn’t eat or feel my best-don’t worry, i still stuck to my 75 hard “guidelines” but i woke up yesterday in a binge mindset and as much as i tried to push it away, i found myself overeating and procrastinating my workouts, in a terrible mood, and picking myself apart all day long. I even had thoughts of giving up on 75 hard. But i didn’t. I didn’t finish my workouts or water until 1 am, but i got them done and went to bed feeling like i accomplished something. A few months ago, after a day like yesterday(except it would’ve been a full on blackout binge lol), i would’ve woken up today and starved myself, worn baggy clothes to cover my body, overexercised to try and burn off all of the calories from the day before, taken a detox bath to sweat everything out, and drank a laxative tea or maybe even full on purged. And I would’ve done all of this bc I hated myself and my body. But today i woke up (at 1:30pm oops) drank my lemon water, ate some fruit, put on shorts and a sports bra, did a workout that felt GOOD on my body, gave myself positive affirmations, and ate when i was hungry, and went about my day. And it was honestly an amazing day. And i did this bc I’m learning to love myself and my body. This was one of those days that made me realize how far I have come and I am so incredibly proud of myself for getting to this place. It’s ok to have a bad day but it’s also ok to forgive yourself and move on. * * * anyways, if you want the deets on my day of eating here they are: brunch: my fav smoothie ever- frozen mango, pineapple, banana, spinach, and coconut milk FROM THE CAN(an absolute must) w goji berries and strawbs + iced coffee with oatmilk dinner: biiiiiggg grain bowl w cauliflower rice + brown rice, sautéed spinach, air fried sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, and brussels, w tahini, maple syrup, and avocado. + 2 oranges and 1/2 an avocado w hot sauce for a snack lol if you read all of this thank you so much hehe💕 having this account has helped me so much in my recovery ily all and hope this maybe helped someone 💓💓💓 - @eatsbyelia on Instagram

‘⭐️ Ом в ваш дом! Сегодня про постыдную наготу женщины и мужскую похоть или, другими словами, про гармонию обнаженного тела и любовь. _ Каюсь! Многие годы я, находясь замужем, сначала за одним хорошим человеком, затем за другим, ещё более прекрасным, вещала женщинам на своих лекциях и собственным примером о необходимости скрывать, то есть не обнажать, наиболее привлекающие формы тела: плечи, грудь, живот, бёдра, ягодницы. Я начала это практиковать более 18 лет назад. Мне тогда было 19 и с учётом юности, прожитой в Сочи, новый принцип «не одеваться откровенно», честно, давался нелегко. Однако, мне откликнулось знание, которое говорило, что женщина несёт ответственность за развращенность общества, что, попадаясь на глаза окружающим мужчинам со своим привлекательным оголенным телом, она захватывает их внимание, чем вносит смуту в их семьи и в последствии берет на себя карму ссор, измен и рушащихся браков. Дальше - тоньше! Обнаженная женщина - мишень для мужчин. Желая насладиться, всякий мужчина своими взглядами, полными вожделения, пробивает тонкое тело женщины, создавая энергетические утечки и заболевания. Но самым пугающим и мотивирующим оказалось то, что будучи еще 11 летним подростком, проводя много времени на пляже в купальнике, я реально чувствовала, как, изучая мое тело, мужчины атаковали не тело взглядом, а мою сущность своим желанием. . Каково было мое удивление, когда познакомившись с философией йоги я обнаружила в мудрых текстах то, что уже ощущала своим телом с детства... . Все это легло в основу корректировки моего многолетнего поведения. Плюс, я была замужем, и казалось, мой мужчина доволен тем, что я скрываю своё тело, размер груди, форму бёдер и другие радости от посторонних мужских глаз. Но оказалось, показалось. . После того, как я развелась и вернулась лысая из ЛА, многие заметили, что я стала более открытой. В прямом смысле! Открыта телом и поведением. В сторис, на встречах, на словах и действиях. Благодаря таким изменениям, я получила массу осторожной критики и неподдельного восхищения в свой адрес. happy #worldsbreastfeedingweek ! this photo was taken by Lily my 13 year old bff & i love it. today Zabi is 7 months old. that’s 7 months of breastfeeding. breastfeeding is a choice i made & was something i really wanted to do! i have 0 issue with formula! my mom only breastfed me for a couple months & i turned out amazingly! breastfeeding has been a difficult journey for me! while i was pregnant, i had to get off my adhd meds & making the choice to breastfeed meant i would have to commit to living with my crazy adhd brain, unmedicated, for even longer! it meant i had to learn new ways to cope. it meant i would need people around me that were patient & loving & understanding (cue jordan)! it’s been hard, but i’ve held on for 7 months & it’s been a beautiful journey. i love feeding zabi. i love being able to bond with him in this way. there have been so many moments where i wondered if i was making enough milk! I STILL WONDER! or if zabi was gaining enough weight! actually, in the beginning he wasn’t gaining enough weight! and had a tongue tie! we made the decision to cut it, after meeting with a lactation consultant! i actually had to fight for the ENT to do it bc he thought it was pointless and wouldn’t make a difference. i am so glad i did because it made ALL the difference. i have been so lucky & am thankful to work in an environment that is positive & so supportive of me as a woman & a mother. it’s not easy for moms that have to work & pump & try to breastfeed their children. i really hope as we move forward, our society grows more and more into a place that supports moms and makes it possible for them to feed their children however they’d like to. did you know the WHO actually recommends breastfeeding until the age of 2? but do you know what’s even more amazing, just simply feeding your baby! whichever way is best for you and your family is BEST! this is a bit of a ramble! i felt like sharing some of my thoughts on breastfeeding my baby boy! scroll through if you want to see lots of pics of breastfeeding!! 💕💕💕 #breastfeeding #fedisbest - @yazzalali on Instagram

The longer I mother my children, the more I am in awe of how they view their bodies. In short: they love them. My little people will joyfully tell me what they like about themselves. I grew up thinking my brown eyes were so boring and ugly. My Mother has gorgeous blue eyes and my Brother was lucky enough to get them. I got my Dad’s caramel eyes, and I can still hear him singing “Brown eyed girl” to me as a kid. The older I get the more comfortable I am with my natural looks, despite the constant ads on IG for face-tuning apps, lip injections and color contacts.
