That one time @briannaraelyn said “oh you look good right there give me your phone” so I tried to model for 20 seconds. 😂 I tried 🤷🏻♂️ Swipe to see what happens when I try take these things serious🤣 The real me comes out haha. • I’m always posting about hustle, grind, and work because it’s honestly what I know best. But recently I’ve been trying to get even just a few more hours here and there to have time to myself. Not sure what it is about the industry I’m on but after my doors “close” at 6:00 people forget there is a human side of me. I get countless calls, texts, emails, DMs, etc. on weekday nights, weekends and I even had probably 5 clients contact me over 4th of July weekend wondering why I wasn’t responding... because it’s a weekend let alone a Holiday weekend. • It used to bother me a lot but I’m getting a lot better at not letting it get to me. I’ve come to realize that yes probably 80-90% of the time I will respond on weekday nights and weekends but when I don’t that’s my decision. If you think another company that does what I do will respond at all hours and days and holidays nonstop then I’m ok with that and for losing a client because they won’t allow me to have some time to myself. Probably not a client I want to have a long term relationship with anyway. • Once you finally get to a mindset where it is OK to lose clients and customers, this happens. These images here. Time to watch sunsets which I haven’t done in probably 5 years. Time to take a couple photos. Time to spend with friends, family, girlfriend and pets. Peace and happiness starts to take over. With each passing day I’m becoming more and more positive with emotion and mindset and I know now the sky is the limit with this attitude moving forward. I’m sure someone will even see this and think “why is he posting this instead of working on my order during the day.” I’m posting this while I’m eating. Most days I don’t even eat at all for 12-15 hours until I get home. • But now things are different. Before COVID-19 Daniel Park was in a state of “permanent touring,” traveling all over the Southwest and West Coast performing over 300 shows a year. Over that period, Daniel developed a distinctive sound technique for his live shows through his use of the electric violin, as well as looping. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨Fun Fact✨ We learned Daniels first instrument was a violin at 5 years old. He then transitioned to learning the acoustic guitar when his parents started noticing him strumming his violin with both hands. As I’ve began this new year with huge amounts of bliss and immense creative passion, spending my New Years with new friends, beautiful luxurious new experiences and a more evolved love for myself and my partner, I came to what’s called and upper limit in the month following. Have you ever been on such a high in your experience but end up creating something that brings everything crashing down around you and you feel like all is lost? Like the past experience will never be that incredible again? I have. And my inner dialogue kept telling me I failed, I failed. Not seeing it as an opportunity for growth in that moment, but like all I want to do is to give up. Well that was me. I’ve been playing the victim over and over and even with my partner, coach, and myself supporting me I still played out that story. It’s time I get real and vulnerable and share that this story is to be shed like on old skin. It’s time for me to go deep within and use the tools I’ve been given to do the work. I am incredibly grateful to be held in such a beautiful energetic container by the people who love me, see my strength, and understand that my true being is oneness. Hoje, no meio da loucura do dia, tive um momento de pausa. Olhei para minha casa, para os objetos que a compõe. Tenho 8 anos de casada e até aqui, fui trazendo para meu canto tudo o que fazia sentido. Absolutamente nada do que eu tenho aqui foi pensado previamente. Um vaso ganhei de uma amiga, alguns quadros vieram do meu bisavô, outros de amigas queridas, outros fiz. Os instrumentos musicais do marido revelam sua paixão pela música e, curiosamente, compõe perfeitamente nosso ninho. Um sofá veio do irmão, uma mesa da irmã, outro sofá comprei de segunda mão para que coubesse toda nossa família. Herdei coisas da minha mãe, minha avó, de avó de amiga. Comprei uma coisa ou outra porque gostei. Mas estou te contando tudo isso porque existe um sentido nas nossas escolhas. E o que eu falo sempre do olhar, tem a ver com isso. Se você pára alguns minutos para observar mais atentamente, verá muito de você nas suas escolhas. Não só na sua casa, mas na sua profissão, na sua família, naquilo que você não fez. Tudo faz sentido quando nos tornamos espectadores de nós mesmos. Sem me aprofundar demais nas questões psíquicas, esse é um belo exercício para se fazer. Nem sempre para aprender a pintar, você precisa apenas saber da técnica. Isso é importante, mas mais importante é entender o que essa escolha diz sobre você 💛! Essa é a prática que te proponho hoje! Caralho, tô morando sozinho. Apesar das analogias muito que sentimentais, esse é um post de comemoração. Foram dias de corre, muita burocracia e diversos embates. A independência não é coisa nova pra mim, mas puta que pariu, agora eu to entusiasmado como nunca tive antes. Tomei essa decisão pra me salvar, pra me ouvir mais e pra voltar pra dentro. E que louco, doze anos atrás eu e minha mãe estávamos sendo despejados de casa e tivemos que recomeçar do zero, e só eu sei o significado que tem pra mim hoje manter uma casa sozinho quando todas as figuras na minha família são mulheres pretas, solos, que sempre cuidaram de tudo sozinhas. Hoje, faz 5 anos que eu moro no centro, fazendo meu corre, gerindo uma empresa formada por pessoas como eu, empregando pessoas como eu e agora iniciando uma nova fase. Esse é um compromisso que eu criei comigo mesmo pra que eu possa me lembrar de onde eu vim, pra onde eu to indo e quem vem comigo. The beginning of some work I never wanted to start. It is with great sadness to share that today marks 1 week since my Dad, Bruce Trangmar, lost his courageous 19 year battle with multiple myeloma; a rare form of bone marrow cancer that ultimately ended up in his spine. It’s hard to believe it has actually taken him as every time he was down and we feared he may not rise, he defied all odds and battled on, always with a smile. Last week he didn’t rise on our earth. He will always be remembered for his gentle, compassionate and endlessly positive personality, his quiet determination and humble nature. He touched the lives of many during his long, passionate career working on poverty reduction projects all over the world. He will be sorely missed, but a good life leaves behind seeds that keep growing. From the medical research his case helped, to the affect he had on everyone that knew him, his influence will live on. Taken too soon, but never forgotten. Many thanks to all the medical professionals that have helped him along the way, my mum for taking care of us all, my sister for being there, especially when I couldn’t be, and all our friends and family for their continual support. Como hablar de: Violencia - lleva dedicatoria Vandalismo - sin motivo, ni propósito, destruir por destruir Protesta - derecho de manifestarse (rayar, pintar y marchar) con respecto a una problemática Este cuadro lo pinté después de nuestra marcha en Tijuana este pasado #28S lo titulo: Están cuando marchamos, pero no cuando denunciamos 🔥 Que representa como la policía al “cuidarnos” en nuestra marcha, nos encapsuló, nos llevó por medio de calles, cerrándonos caminos, alejándonos del bulevar principal, para que nuestra marcha “no tuviera tanto ruido” y como muchos ya saben, nos llegó hasta violentar. Alrededor de la mitad de la marcha, sin darme cuenta yo comencé a marchar a lado de la fila de policías, saludando a nuestras hermanas que se acercaban desde la ventana del hospital IMSS Clinica 1 en Tijuana, apoyando nuestra causa, y cuando menos me lo espero, se me avienta una mujer policía “para alejarme” del hospital, metiendo su hombros justo en mi pecho. En cuanto eso pasó, mis hermanas me abrazaron y cargaron fuer de ese alboroto de empujones. Ahí me di cuenta claramente, que la policía no estaba ahí para cuidarnos, si no para decirnos como #protestar 🔥 Estamos en toda la libertad de expresar nuestro sentir. Este es nuestro estado, un estado #feminicida que manda a equipos policiacos a las marchas feministas para tratarnos como terroristas. Siapa yang di sini gak setuju PSBB Jakarta kembali diperketat seperti awal pandemi? Alasannya apa? Ekonomikah? Buat gw, ekonomi itu bukan alasan, tapi dampak dan konsekwensi. Apakah yang terdampak hanya pelaku usaha? Gak, tapi multiplier effect. Hampir seluruh sektor usaha berikut pekerja atau karyawan di dalamnya juga terdampak. Pekerja lepas juga terdampak. Dan yang paling parah adalah rumah tangga karena kepala keluarganya mengalami penyusutan penghasilan. Gw sebenernya termasuk yang tidak setuju dengan PSBB, tapi lockdown sekalian dengan penegakan hukum yang tegas. Kerugian ekonomi besar, tapi pandemi bisa dikendalikan dalam waktu singkat seperti negara-negara tetangga yang sudah terbukti berhasil dan sekarang mereka sudah perlahan merangkak pulih ekonominya. Tapi ya sudah, ini pilihan politik pemerintah Indonesia. Sebagai warga negara hanya bisa patuh sambil mencari jalan keluar untuk “menyelamatkan” diri. Gw percaya di balik setiap kesulitan pasti ada kemudahan. Beruntung sekarang ada yang namanya teknologi yang menjadi blessing di tengah kondisi yang serba sulit. Tinggal bagaimana manusia menggunakan kecerdasannya untuk memanfaatkannya. Jadi ketimbang kesal dan mengumpat atas kebijakan PSBB, lebih baik bersyukur karena Tuhan sudah maha baik memberikan kita bekal berupa akal untuk bisa bertahan hidup. - @wahyuwiwoho on Instagram

Its grateful to be when someone consider you as a family; share their moments of love, happiness and even sorrow. It’s overwhelming to see our existence has a value in their lives.
