New lp design for @matthewoneillmusic - who gathered together a group of indigenous musicians from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Colombia to perform ancestral music of their elders to entitled ‘Music for the Mother’. It’s quite an amazing record and we wanted to wrap it in the beautiful green of the Colombian mountains that surround them with a heavy nod to the ethnic record designs of the 1960/70s. The lp also comes with a booklet with detailed notes and more images from their village. Highly recommended. Recorded by @nickkinseymusic who is plays with a number of musicians including @kevinmorby.
