If someone didnt like my outfit I would get paranoid or upset. More so if they actually made a comment. When I would go out to parties I felt like I didnt look good enough because all the other women were slimmer than me. It took me a few years to learn to get over these feelings and be kinder to myself. Its not been easy, sometimes I get triggered when people remind me how slim I used to be. But, over the years I have learnt to love and accept myself, stop talking about going on a diet, smile more, to be truly grateful for what I have and wear all the clothes that make me give me joy.
