I’ve completed 80 days of workouts since then and maintained my weight despite the days when I’ve been tired, lacked motivation or felt anxious. . • • The point here is that motivation starts with action. Just start. Get the ball rolling. Once it’s rolling, use the momentum to keep going. Find some people who feel the same and feed off of that encouragement and energy. This past weekend Melissa spent her weekend where she often does, in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park hiking. The National Park recognizes hikers milestones of 100 miles, 250 miles, and 500 miles. Her Saturday hike officially put her in the 500 mile club! However, not only was Melissa pinned for her 500 miles, she also reached her own personal goal of 100,000 MyZone MEPS!! She is the first Anytime Fitness Farragut member to reach this high number! Melissa first activated her MyZone (@myzonemoves ) March 12, 2019. Melissa has been very active in group training, working out at home, outdoor walking, and of course Smoky Mountain hiking. I ran out of things to do so I started timing life. So far life has been that long since I decided to time it.. Also, you can’t swipe left. It’s an illusion. Just like time. After running some slight experiments, I have come to the conclusion that while I CAN pause the timer. Life keeps going. Which means. Time, and life, are not correlated. Which means. Time is an illusion but life is not. Thank you for your time which is an illusion anyways and I love you all.
