The Thai drunken noodles (pad kee mao) I’m basically ALWAYS craving. 🤗 Turns out, it’s surprisingly easy to make this restaurant fave at home with your choice of protein and veggies. But the Thai basil sauce is really the star of the show here. It’s savory, slightly sweet, spicy (if you’d like), loaded with lots of fresh Thai basil and ridiculously good. 👏 I can’t guarantee that this recipe is completely authentic, but it’s the closest I’ve come to recreating the version from my favorite Thai restaurant. وعده غذایی خوشمزه رژیمی 😍 مواد لازم برای ۴نفر 1 کیلو لوبیای سبز تازه 2 پیمانه آب. 1-2 قاشق دانه کنجد برشته شده سس خانگی : 3-4 حبه سیر تازه ، خرد شده یا فشرده شده. 2 قاشق چایخوری زنجبیل تازه ، ریز رنده شده. 1 قاشق غذاخوری عسل 1/3 فنجان سس سویا. آب گوشت 1/2 فنجان 1/2 قاشق غذاخوری آرد بدون گلوتن. 1قاشق روغن کنجد دستورالعمل ها: 1. در یک کاسه شیشه ای کوچک همه موادسس را کاملاً خوب با هم مخلوط کنید. 2. یک قابلمه آب جوش گرم کنید و لوبیا را اضافه تا بخار پز شود و لوبیا را کنار بگذارید. 3. تابه را روی حرارت متوسط گرم کنید و روغن کنجد و لوبیا را اضافه کنید کمی تفت دهید و در اخر مواد سس را روی لوبیا بریزید حدود ۲ دقیقه دیگر تفت دهید تا لوبیا مزه دار شود از تابه درآورده. 4. قبل از سرو با کنجد بپاشید و سرو کنید نوش جان 😍 مقدار کالری برای هرنفر:۱۲۶کالری Credit:DM بفرست واسه دوستات @diet_food_women @diet_food_women @diet_food_women - @diet_food_women on Instagram
