Die Suppenzeit hat wieder begonnen 😍 Kartoffel Suppe mit Wiener Würstchen Für ca 4-6 Portionen 5 mittel große Kartoffeln, gewürfelt 2 Möhren, gewürfelt 1 Stange Lauch, klein geschnitten 1 Packung Schmand eine handvoll Petersilie Wiener Würstchen Kartoffeln, Möhren, Lauch, die Hälfte der Petersilie , in einem Topf geben mit Wasser und gar kochen. Dann entnimmt ihr 1/3 vom Gemüse, legt es bei Seite und den rest püriert ihr. Schmand rein geben und gut verrühren Das zu Seite gelegte Gemüse rein geben und mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika Pulver süß, Gemüse Brühe würzen. Kurz nochmal aufkochen und beim servieren extra die Würstchen im Teller extra portionieren. #pub Hoje partilho uma receita clássica mas não tão clássica assim! Um stroganoff de frango feito com @oikos_pt para Chefs Portanto, em vez das natas leva este iogurte grego que vai tornar o molho espesso na medida certa e com aquele toque mais ácido e delicioso. Fica óptimo, gente! Experimentem. Faz-se assim: (Para 2pax) 1 peito de frango Qb azeite 2 cubinhos de manteiga Qb Sal&pimenta 1 cebola pequena 1 dente de alho 2 cogumelos portobello dos grandes (ou outros que gostem, de preferência frescos) Qb água 1 c sopa mostarda 200-250ml Oikos para Chefs Qb salsa Cortar o peito de frango em bifes e depois em tiras. Temperar de sal. Aquecer bem uma frigideira com 1 fio de azeite e 1 cubo de manteiga. Juntar as tiras de frango e não mexer durante uns minutos. Depois mexer e deixar que cozinhe por inteiro até ganhar um tom mais dourado. Sempre em lume medio-alto. Reservar num prato e sem limpar a frigideira, juntar um pouco mais de azeite e manteiga. Juntar a cebola cortada em meias luas e deixar alourar num lume médio-alto. Acrescentar o dente de alho fatiado, os cogumelos cortados em tiras e temperar de sal. Deixar cozinhar durante uns minutos. Acrescentar 2 golinhos de agua, a mostarda e a carne. Deixar fervilhar para a carne voltar a ficar quente e desligar. Juntar 1 chávena de Oikos para chefs e envolver bem. Easy Crock pot beef stew: This was one of the first recipes on my blog - its originally a @bettycrocker cookbook recipe- and its the only way I make it. The secret ingredient is V-8 juice! If you watch my story from today - you can see how I made it. What you need: 1 pound of beef stew meat 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 stalks celery, diced 4 large carrots, sliced 1/2 white onion, chopped 2 cloves of garlic 3 cans (12 oz.) of V-8 juice 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 1 beef bouillon cube splash of worchestire sauce salt and pepper 2 tablespoons flour sprinkle of Italian seasoning Directions: Add the carrots and potatoes to the crock pot. I also added a bag of frozen diced onion, celery and carrots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add 1 beef boullion cube. Next, add the beef stew meat, worcestershire sauce, and 3 (12 oz.) cans of V8 juice. Cook on low all day.
