WHAT I EAT IN A DAY 🦋 - Morning! Been a while since I’ve done one of these so thought I’d share a day of eating for me at the moment. Been making my Mum’s meals recently with a real emphasis on whole foods and higher fibre intake so been trying to incorporate lots of fruit and veg !! 🥦🍎 Also, this is in no way reflective of what I eat everyday - on Sunday I had a full Scottish, banana bread followed by a massive pizza - everyday is different so pls remember that! - 💫breakfast: a simple bowl of bran flakes/weetabix w/bloobs and soy milk (sounds boring but this is so underrated!) - 💫morning snack: first of many cups of tea + a banana 🍌! - 💫lunch: rekindled my love for tuna mayo sandwiches (made with seeded bread, tomatoes + sweet chilli sauce - this is so tasty btw) and an apple 😋 - 💫afternoon snack: more tea with two slices of banana bread I made at the weekend (sad this is finished now) - 💫dinner: hot smoked trout with some sweet potato, wilted spinach and the OG peas 😇 (wouldn’t usually eat so much fish in one day btw) - 💫dessert: options hot chocolate w/ 3 rich tea biscuits 🍪 (living for hot chocolates at the moment - winter vibes !!) - Pls remember these posts aren’t for comparison - I post them partly for you guys to give you meal inspo/ideas but also for my future self as sometimes when I’m stuck on what to have for lunch/dinner, I’ll look back on these posts and inspire myself 😇😂 - Have a fabulous Wednesday guys 💞🌸 - #whatieatinaday #recipes #mealideas #mealinspo #easyrecipes #breakfast #breakfastideas #lunchideas #dinnerideas #fdoe - @fitfoodieatuni on Instagram

• simple homemade granola • ➖three cups oats 🌾 ➖one cup mixed nuts 🥜 ➖one tbsp honey or syrup🍯 ➖one cup coconut oil 🥥 ➖half cup water 💧 ➖quarter cup mixed seeds 🌱 ➖quarter cup pine nuts 🥜 ➖half cup raisins and cranberries 🍇 notes ☀️ 〰️ mix the oats, nuts, seeds and pine nuts. 〰️ melt the coconut oil and add, along with the honey. 〰️ add water until the mixture is slightly sticky and combined with all oats covered. 〰️ spread on a baking sheet on a baking tray and bake at 180d for 20 mins, mixing up half way through to get an even golden colour. 〰️ mix in raisins and cranberries after! 〰️ inspired by @pickuplimes 🤩 - @breakingthefast_ on Instagram
