Matcha Caramel Raw Cheesecake I love raw cheesecakes to the point where I have requested them for birthdays for years. The sweet creamy filling with a chewy nutty crust is my ideal dessert. Plus caramel and matcha are a dream flavour combination. I made 10 of these for reason. Serves 10 V GF DF RSF Ingredients: Base: 1 cup medjool dates 1 1/4 cup desiccated coconut 3/4 cup almond meal 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil 2 tbsp maca powder Pinch sea salt Filling: 1 cup soaked cashews 1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 cup coconut milk 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp matcha powder Topping: Blackberries Method: Soak 1 cup of raw cashews overnight. Add the base ingredients to a blender and blitz together. Grease a muffin tray and scoop out the base into the tray and press into moulds. Blend together the filling ingredients. Pour in the filling into the moulds. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with blackberries, enjoy! - @emilygracefood on Instagram

Name your favourite book.) . 🍁 आज 14 सितंबर को भारत में हिंदी दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। आज के ही दिन हिंदी को भारत की आधिकारिक भाषा ( राजभाषा ) घोषित की गई थी। इसलिए आज मैं भारत के एक महान कहानीकार और उपन्यासकार मुंशी प्रेमचन्द की एक कहानी की समीक्षा कर रही हूं जो मुझे बहुत पसन्द है। . किताब - बूढ़ी काकी लेखक - मुंशी प्रेमचन्द . बूढ़ी काकी के जीवन में उनके भतीजे के सिवा और कोई ना था। वे अपने पति और बच्चों को पहले ही खो चुकी थी और सारी सम्पत्ति भतीजे के नाम कर दी थी। परन्तु खोने को अब भी बाकी था, सम्मान और अभिमान। काकी के बालहट से सब परेशान थे क्यूंकि उनका सारा ध्यान खाने पे ही होता था, ना वो चल सकती थीं और ना ही देख सकती थी बस जीवाह के स्वाद के लिए कुछ भी कर सकती थी। अगर उन्हें बाज़ार से लाई कोई मिठाई ना मिली या फिर घर के खाने में देरी हुई को चिल्ला चिल्ला कर रोने लगती थी। एक बार घर के एक कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने खाने में थोड़ी शीघ्रता दिखा दी और मेहमानों के खाने से पहले चूल्हे के पास जा बैठी, आखिर बचपना और लालच में किसे दोष दे? फिर क्या था उनके बेटे और बहू ने उन्हें बेज्जत कर, घसीटते हुए कमरे में पटक दिया। बस वो पुड़ियों के सपने देख खुली आंखों से इंतजार करती रही कि कोई उन्हें बुलाने आयेगा लेकिन सारा कार्यक्रम समाप्त हो गया, सब सो गए और कोई ना आया। आधी रात को उनकी पोती जो काकी से बहुत प्रेम करती थी, वे अपनी छुपाई हुई पूरियां खिलाने लाई परन्तु काकी का स्वाद तो अभी जगा ही था। वे अपनी पोती के सहारे जूठी पत्तियों के बीच बैठ गई और जूठन खाने लगी। . बूढ़ी काकी एक ऐसी कहानी है जो समाज में उन परिवारों पर दृष्टि डालती है जो लालच में अपने ही घर के वृद्धों पर आत्याचर करते है और एक एक दाने के लिए सताते है। साथ ही साथ यह भी दर्शाता है कि कैसे बुढ़ापे में बालवस्था का प्रवेश होता है। एक बेहद ही मार्मिक, मानवीय करुणा और भावनाओं से ओत प्रोत लेखन। .
