Here’s another cool thing I got to help bring to life on The Boys Season 1 at Paul Jones Effects Studio. The first photo is a WIP, but the best photo I have of the hairpunching. (Note: This was just for a close up insert shot, any other time you see The Deep’s gills it is a silicone makeup with some digital enhancement) If you’ve seen The Boys, I’m sure this scene forever traumatized you and any aquatic life that may have been lurking nearby. It started off by lifecasting the talented @chacecrawford with @helz.todd and myself. @pauljonesfx designed and sculpted the gills. @alissa.gee and I ran the silicone @pauljonesfx painted the whole thing and added bladders underneath for movement. Marco Colletti works and lives in Rome, Italy. The theme of disguise and concealment is the basis of his poetic artwork. His images are made following unconsciously the same rules of a poem or a dream: an ideal reality that cannot be fully revealed because it could vanish. Something was so wrong with the camera settings when I took this... 🤔 it came out too saturated and warm. Anyway this was done with a couple of purples from @kvdveganbeauty Pastel Goth palette (as usual), @sydneygraceco Deep Waters to darken the lashlines and @clionadhcosmetics Royalty in the middle of the lid and UV in the inner corner. I wanted to center the look around Royalty because its such a unique shade - an indigo with multicoloured shimmers of gold, green and blue, so I picked a cooler periwinkle transition for this. Mystique - Raven ✨Body painting collab with @arthur_sayanoff & @nunaleo ✨ Après une longue journée de travail pour le trio de lenfer, voici le surprise de cet été. Il y a deux ans, jai réalisé un facepainting un peu plus beauté de Mystique avec @nunaleo, mais nous navions pas eu énormément de photos au final.... On y a remédier avec un full Bodypainting et également sur certaine parties du corps, quelques écailles en latex pour le relief. @arthur_sayanoff à beaucoup travaillé sur les retouche de sa photo, avec une disparition totale de la culotte, faisant place à quelques écailles digitalisées, vraiment un boulot de dingue.... Mais regardez cette transformation ! @nunaleo à également plus que assuré, comme toujours, elle restera la modèle avec laquelle jai énorment de feeling, et très très professionnelle!!! Pour répondre à pas mal de questions, ce Bodypainting ma pris environs 7h, plus 30mn de retouches une foi sur les lieux du shooting, nuna et Arthur mont aider pour les jambes ahah . Jai utilisé essentiellement des fars à leau @diamondfx_official. Pour les écailles, du latex de maquillage épaissi @mehronuk, du far gras et far à paupière noir pour les yeux. 💕Retrouvez tous ses produits chez @boutique_majama à Strasbourg ou sur le site internet ! Last week, @hawgfly_meredith and I had planned to be in Austria competing in the World Bodypainting Festival. Luckily, we were still able to compete as @bodypainting_festival shifted the competition online for a new COVID-19 Crisis Edition. Meredith had 5 hours to complete a special fx makeup creation and take timestamped pictures to submit. • The theme for the special fx category was evolution. We conceptualized the Metalorganic Deity, inspired by Thetis evolving in a post COVID-19 world. Meredith created custom molded silicone prosthetics by hand and 3D printed headpiece and costume pieces. • We ranked 1st of the US artists and 8th overall in the world. I could not be more honored and proud to collaborate with Meredith and breathe life into her incredible creation! Essa história conta como você pensa, literalmente, todas as partes químicas e todos os cientistas que descobriram essas teorias. O que aconteceria se você entrasse no seu cérebro? ⠀ 🧠 A trama é basicamente essa, conhecemos tudo que nosso cérebro faz enquanto o personagem principal tenta escapar de seu próprio pensamento. Mas seria essa a percepção final do livro? NÃO. Tem um plot twist genial e que não irei contar para vocês 😂. ⠀ 🗣 Confesso que as partes de química, física e medicina com os estudiosos, eu acho um porre, fluiu muito devagar a leitura em decorrência disso.
