Hey friends n fam…I’ve been pretty quiet about this the past few days as I process my thoughts and try to be there for my family...but my 2 year old nephew, Soren, was diagnosed with #leukemia last week. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster for my sister, brother-in-law, and the rest of our family...but he’s in good hands at Dartmouth Hospital in NH. He has a long, hard road ahead of him and, as of right now, he’s going to have to continue treatments for the next 3 years of his life. He is an adorable and intelligent little boy and he’s got his big sister to help him along but I think we’re going to need some support from our extended family and friends on this one. My sister had to leave her job to take care of him and these things can be really draining. I know things can be tight for people right now, and that there’s a lot going on in the world, but if you could find it within your heart to to help them out (even a dollar is great!) and share this with your network, we would so greatly appreciate it! Каждый конкурс имеет свои критерии оценки: выверенные, проранжированные, удобные и понятные с точки зрения и конкурсантов и участников и их точно нужно знать. 🎯Поделюсь своей позицией как эксперта и проектного наставника определения смысла и жизнеспособности проекта – я руководствуюсь двумя. 💯Первый – УМЕСТНОСТЬ. Нет, не актуальность со ссылками на нормативные документы, а именно уместность этого проекта для города, людей и команды. Уместность позволяет понять целесообразность того что есть в проекте и их соответствия реальным условиям и возможностям. Выигрышнее смотрится проект который соответствует месту и обстановке. Приведу пару примеров проектной неуместности: ✍проект о «просветительской работе с населением для популяризации корейской культуры» - на самом деле оказался историей о создании неформального молодежного клуба любителей корейской культуры ✍закупка смартфонов последней модели в ценовом диапазоне выше 70 000 для использования в обучении пенсионеров тому как пользоваться порталом Госуслуг 💡Защита проекта – это тоже история про уместность: какие слова лучше подобрать и как их визуализировать в презентации? И иногда, может быть, стоит не больше, а меньше?! 🎲Каковы ваши мысли об уместности как критерии оценки проектов?
