La mif j’voudrais vous parler un peu de la cover de Briques Rouges. J’ai eu la chance de bosser avec @misterfifou qui nous a amené dans le 77, on a débarqué en camionnette avec ce mur de briques qu’on avait construit quelques jours avant le shoot avec l’équipe. Fallait être vifff parce qu’on a fait ça sans autorisation évidemment la police est venue nous rendre une petite visite 🤣 heureusement @papafonk était là pour les travaux et on eu 15 mn pour finir le shoot 😈 finalement tout s’est bien passé on a eu le temps de faire les images qu’on voulait! Honestly I was hoping my reflection on the pool could side split better and with more ease than me! . Sometimes I receive questions like: “Doesn’t it hurt?” Or “How long would it take FOR ME (herself) to reach this”. For the first question: yeah, it still hurts. Sometimes a lot, sometimes less, but in general it’s not easy to enter in a full side split for me, even after some years of training. For the second question, it depends. A full side split it’s not an easy joke especially if you want to perform it correctly: usually a good time range starting from zero and with a “standard” level of flexibility (like mine when I started) is 3/5 years of daily training. That’s what empirical evidence tells me: most people I know who can perform a side split achieved it after that time period (including myself). Patience is key here, even though some gifted people can achieve it in way less time like 1 year, but those are very rare cases. . THE WAIT IS OVER! I have been dying to share this photo from White Sands with y’all, but aesthetics 🤦🏽♀️ There are so many good ones but this one is probably my favorite. Would you believe me if I told you it was a candid? I was trying to loosen up and try new poses and I’m pretty sure this was me just being silly. Aren’t those the best photos? It was so easy to get photos at White Sands. There are hills of white sand everywhere so you really can’t go wrong with any spot you pick. Some quick tips: • pay attention to the sun and shoot according to how you want your photos to come out - shadows vs bright photos • try to avoid footprint in the sand - ask whoever is shooting to go around to avoid disturbing the awesome waves in the sand • play with angles - since you’ll most likely be on a hill, take pictures from different angles for different effects • use the elements as props - check out Mother Nature helping me out with the flowy dress look • have fun! - this place is so cool, so enjoy your time and take awesome photos! We were lucky to get an area all to ourselves! The place is big so people were spread out and doing their own thing so it wasn’t an issue at all. Нас чаще воспитывали через запреты, так кто же по-настоящему познал глагол «разрешать»? ⠀ «Не будь наивной, не дерзи маме, не лги, не будь жадной, не занимайся сексом до замужества, не будь плаксой, не трогай себя, не теряй голову, не трать деньги... ⠀ А десять заповедей? Вспомните формулировки. ⠀ Нас пытались уберечь, но вместо безопасности мы получили очень ограниченное мышление, страхи и зависимость, а они никак не способствуют созданию собственной, изобильной реальности. ⠀ Может поэтому столько людей-кораблей не знает куда плыть и остаются в порту? ⠀ Это тоже самое, если бы так учили ребёнка ездить на велосипеде: ⠀ — Не верти педали назад, не держи коленами руль, не прыгай, не дави двумя руками одновременно. — Хорошо, пап, а как вообще поехать? ⠀ Ребёнок всё воспринимает буквально, без подтекста. Фраза «не будь плаксой» не воспринимается им как наставление, что бывают ситуации, когда нужно быть сильнее обстоятельств, а может предполагать — «НЕ ЧУВСТВУЙ». Ведь ребёнок чувствует что-то болезненное и чтобы получить облегчение начинает плакать, но его устыжают и блокируют за это. Поэтому, вырастая такой ребёнок будет ЗАПРЕЩАТЬ себе всё, что связано с чувствами: уходить в алкоголь, социопатию, скрытность, наркотики и находить другие способы позволяющие ему НЕ ЧУВСТВОВАТЬ, когда чувства приходят. А они ведь будут приходить до последнего вздоха, этим и отличается живое от не живого. ⠀ Фраза «Мальчики не плачут!» может восприняться ребёнком как: «Если мальчики не плачут, тогда я буду девочкой», или «Если мальчики не плачут, тогда я буду орать/бить». Что-то то же нужно делать взамен с этим чувством? ⠀ Мышление через запреты рисует на жизненной карте не пути к целям и возможностям, а одни преграды и разочарования с которыми человек будет сталкиваться и судорожно молить: «Я так больше не хочу!», а щедрый, но немой мир не сможет прошептать ему на ухо: «Просто скажи, что ты хочешь взамен?». ⠀ Внешнее всегда отражает внутреннее. ⠀ Легко проверить, если такой сценарий присутствует в вашей жизни: напишите список из 10 вещей чего не хотите в вашей жизни, а напротив — список из того, что хотите иметь, что хотите иметь взамен. ⠀ Сравните время и усилия. - @elenatretyakova on Instagram
