- Got a lame for Xmas, so this is my first attempt at scoring. Needs some work but Im happy with the results!

- Last weeks overnight country blonde was a hit. This weekend I made the FWSY overnight country brown. Hoping for the same reactions :)

- My 6th attempt at FWSY White bread. Proud of these 2 loaves, but should I try to push even darker??

- Made my first batch of true sour dough using wild fermentation (from Tartine Bread). Still have room for improvement but Im happy with the results.
