А так как вся наша работа была построена онлайн и был достаточно большой опыт работы с соц.сетями, написанием стратегий, продвижением, то я решила попробовать себя в SMM и прокачать то, что уже имею. И тут волей случая мне попадается только-только открывающийся уникальный для нашей полосы объект - баббл, где можно провести незабываемую ночь. И я сразу же, незамедлительно предлагаю им помочь с инстаграмом. Написать стратегию, проработать ЦА, конкурентов и прочее, прочее, прочее. Ребята подхватили мою инициативу молниеносно, им оставалось лишь прислушиваться, самостоятельно воплощать, писать посты, выкладывать их и делать контент. И вот на сегодня прошло полтора месяца, за это время аккаунт с нуля сам вырос в подписчиках и я наконец-то съездила в гости и привезла красивые фото, которые теперь будут украшать страничку 🥰 @bubble_dacha Всем от души очень рекомендую это место!!! Проверено лично. А как человек, который открывал отели, инспектировал сотни гостиниц, я плохого не посоветую😉 Здесь бесконечно душевно, каждый уголок баббла окутан теплом и магией уюта. LIFE UPDATE : I’ve been terrible with posting on social media the last couple of months... To be honest, just as I was starting prep on March 1st, Covid happened and gyms closed. I stayed consistent working out at home 5 days a week using only a bench, dumbbells, and resistance bands. BUT It wasn’t and isn’t the same feel and motivation as when you’re in the gym. What kept me going? Discipline. I couldn’t possibly bear giving up all my years of hard work because of gym closure. I wanted to stay fit, healthy, and dedicated. So what did I do? ✅ I bought the equipment I needed to keep my routine going. ✅ I mimicked my workout from the gym to my home workout. ✅ I kept my diet the same as I would have if gyms didn’t close. What now? Covid didn’t hold me back from my goals, but I felt like I was only digging a bigger hole not knowing whether or not there would even be a competition in the first place. So about a month back, I made a decision to hold off from competing this year so I can focus on more life goals. With the gyms still being closed in NY, the plan is to continue with the same routine; putting myself into a slight surplus, gaining weight steadily to limit fat gain. Whether or not you stopped working on your health, just remember.. it’s never to late to get back into the routine/start now. I won’t stop for nothing, 2021 I’m coming for you! - @vlmao on Instagram

🤵👰С этим симпотягой у нас сегодня годовщина свадьбы. ⠀ Правда у нас много годовщин😉 Самая главная в июне, когда мы венчались.А вот сегодня на нас надели кольца в мэрии города Ираклиона. Именно надели, так как в мэрии тетя сама надевает кольца жениху и невесте, держа руки крест на крест🤷‍♀️ ⠀ На самом деле, мы с мужем уже много лет назад упразднили даты. У нас появилась идея просто каждый август отмечать наш день в разных странах. И каждый август, несмотря на высокий сезон, мы улетали вдвоем на несколько дней. ⠀ 🎁Это и был наш подарок друг другу. Вместо очередных безделушек, мы дарили друг другу воспоминания и приключения. ⠀ 🌋Мы катались на карете по Праге, на трамвайчике по Порто, на кораблике по каналам Амстердама, на роликах по Парижу, на поезде по Норвегии... ⠀ Это уже традиция и только этот год будет исключением😥 ⠀ Я несколько дней смотрела билеты. Не хотелось верить, что никуда не поедем. И даже почти нажала на кнопочку забронировать. Но муж, обладая более трезвым умом, пока отговорил. Ну блин, скучно же по сравнению с путешествием😊 ⠀ На самом деле, я не человек, который будет огорчаться по пустякам и сегодня буду наслаждаться нашим вечером♥️ Такого уже не было целый год! Мы одни в ресторане❣ ⠀ О бракосочетании в мэрии стоит все же упомянуть🙏. Это настолько отличается от нашей регистрации в загсе. Особо никто не готовится. Тетя, которая нас расписывала, прибежала в спортивной майке и штанах сразу из фитнесс центра😂. Никакой музыки и ничего торжественного. Кольца надели, в тетрадке в полосочку расписались и все-новая ячейка общества😂💗. После этого хочется настоящего праздника в церкве😉❣ ⠀ С годовщиной нас! Открыта к любой другой стране:))⠀ ⠀ Я взяла кредит, одолжила еще у родителей и уехала. Считайте, на последнее, что было. Мне так и не удалось продать свою рабочую мебель, а это сильно бы помогло мне😅 Но что ж, не зацикливаемся на шероховатостях. ⠀ ⠀ Легко ли, тяжело - кому как. Никого не слушайте по вопросам миграции, кроме миграционного и визового центра, потому что для каждого это его личный опыт и переживания. С вами ТАКОГО ЖЕ не повторится 100% ⠀ ⠀ Прошло больше месяца, но домой я не хочу и не переживаю состояние дикой тоски, как многие описывают. Но будьте готовы к тому, что стресс станет вашим постоянным спутником. ⠀ ⠀ Сейчас я без работы. Я плохо сплю и даже не в состоянии пореветь на ночь, потому что некогда. Я ищу заработок круглосуточно. Звучит ужасно, но это есть НОРМА. ⠀ ⠀ Жажда поддержки и общения преследуют ежедневно. 🌸Карантин и итоги. Сегодня во Франции мы попрощались с разрешениями на выход из дома в пределах 1 км, открылись многие магазины, салоны, люди вышли на работу. Обязательным осталось лишь ношение масок в общественном транспорте. Мы можем перемещаться в пределах 100км. 🌸За эти два месяца пребывания дома, я прошла большие испытания. Осознала, что мне придётся многое менять в своей жизни. Я поняла сколько ошибок я допустила за последние несколько лет, и какие мои личные качества нужно менять. Иногда мы не хотим замечать очевидных вещей, нам так удобнее или мы боимся. Если бы Михаил Лабковский услышал мою историю он бы посмеялся🤣. Вскоре я смогу свободнее рассказывать об изменениях. А пока один вывод. Не позволяйте никому подавлять вашу личность, умалять ваши способности и достижения, относиться к вам без уважения. Будь то родитель, партнер или друг. Цените себя, любите и не бойтесь перемен. 🌸 Сделали ли вы какие-либо выводы за это время? Да и акклиматизацию никто не отменял🙄 ⠀ 2️⃣Перед отпуском закончить висящие проекты или сделать более сложные, чтобы выходя на работу не чувствовать сразу всю бренность бытия🙈 ⠀ 3️⃣Радовать себя! ✨Да, именно так, ведь после отпуска жизнь не заканчивается. Это могут быть небольшие радости - любимый ароматный чай, маска для лица. А можно сходить куда-нибудь (кино, кафе, салон красоты) или порадовать себя покупкой, например красивая булочка для воды, которую и на работу можно будет взять😍 ⠀ 4️⃣Гулять. Свежий воздух, пусть и более прохладный, всегда на пользу. Особенно с друзьями, которых давно не видел🥰 ⠀ 5️⃣Вечером перед работой вспомните все самое хорошее о ней, удачные проекты и симпатичных вам коллег😋 Главное понять, за что вы любите данную профессию, и какое значение она имеет в вашей жизни. ⠀ 6️⃣ Обязательно высыпаться! I grabbed my phone and 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 was gone.. My 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀 which I collected for years, my 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, business 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, my 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 and so much more! And guess what? Apple couldn’t find my data back, a 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵 in the cloud?! I had a 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 for about 5 minutes and then decided to turn that 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 into 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀. Burnout doesn’t just come from busyness— it can come from monotony. From being stuck inside the same four walls for 6 months straight. From the extra time and mental energy spent on trying to stay healthy and safe. From all the terrible events of 2020 that have made stress and sadness and anger a daily part of our lives. And I’m lucky. I love my job, I can work from home, and have a great support system. But regardless, everything that’s happened this year has been exhausting. So I’ve taken a much needed mini vacation with my family. And even though it hasn’t been THE most *relaxing* vacation (all of those safety protocols feel amplified in a place that’s new and unfamiliar), it’s still been a welcome respite, even if just from the monotony of quarantine living. This little setup at the beach yesterday was especially restorative— a luxe treat that made this getaway feel like a real vacation. The point is— most of us don’t realize the mental and physical toll of all of this shit until we’re already exhausted and burned out. And taking a break— even if it’s for a few days, at our own homes, watching TV for 12 hours straight— is more important than ever. MY TIPS FOR MEDITATION🕊 if you asked me a few years ago if I would ever meditate I would have laughed in your face. Not because I thought it wasn’t a powerful tool, I simply thought it was an impossible thing for ME to do. My mind runs a million miles a minute. I am the queen of over thinking, of deep thinking, over analyzing, all of it. So the idea of “not thinking” seemed simply not possible. But that isn’t what meditation is!! It’s not turning off your thoughts, its noticing them and moving past them. Meditation has made the biggest difference in my mental and physical health. I seriously can not recommend a daily practice of it enough. But keep in mind it’s exactly that- a practice!! Here are some tips that helped me: 1. Use an app, program or a YouTube series to learn how to do it. I love @headspace because they walk you through what to do and they also have series that focus on different topics like anxiety, happiness, letting go of stress, etc. 2. Find a calming and comforting place to meditate and try to make that the place you do it when you’re first learning. Your body will remember and associate the feeling you experience with that spot. Mines this chair:) 3. ITS OKAY if some days you just can’t focus. I would say 60% of my days are like this still!!! It used to be 90% then 80% then 70 etc. it takes time and practice but some days you just can’t do it and that is OKAY!! Don’t beat yourself up over it. We’re not trying to be Gandhi level over here. 4. Use a mantra or count your breath. People think meditation is not thinking at all but that’s not true. It’s noticing your thoughts and letting them pass. In @headspace when a thought arises you’re taught to notice your thought. State in your mind if it is thought coming from emotion or thinking. If it is positive or negative and move on. You simply note the thought and let it go. Then go back to a mantra or counting to focus on. A mantra can be as simple as “i am here now”. Каждую среду (в свой единственный выходной день на неделе) я отправляюсь в небольшой итальянский городок Ventimiglia (на границе с Францией). Там находится большой рынок, куда приезжают не только итальянцы, но и французы и монегаски. Цены в 2 раза дешевле, а качество и ассортимент намного лучше.😀😀😀 Фрукты, овощи, сыры, итальянские мясные деликатесы, оливковые масла, цветы и т.д. Потом нужно посидеть в местной кафешке на улице, перевести дух, дёрнуть бокальчик холодного Просекко и можно идти дальше!!!)))
