BULK VS CUT which one have you personally struggled with the most? In high school, at 5‘7” and 126 lbs, your boy was tiny. It wasn’t flattering either, by only averaging 1600 (ish) calories a day, ya boy was skinny fat. What I’ve learned is that whichever phase you’re in, it HAS to be done intentionally. It was a slow cut (a 300 calorie deficit and consuming 2100 cal roughly). This bulk is the opposite, with a 300 calorie surplus (lean bulking with 2800-2900 calories). It’s been interesting to see how my body has responded to an increase in food. The gameplan is to get up to 175 lbs then cut 10 lbs. It’ll be fun for sure. - @eddygee on Instagram
