SHALOM ANGELS we are so stoked for this weeks dinner. altough we primarily focus on Filipinx food, @shrimp__toast really wants to share her Jewish heritage as well, so were doing ROSH HASHANAH DINNER. to properly ring in the new year well be moving our take-out date this week to Friday 9/18. our main will be ROAST STUFFED CHICKEN. these golden birds will be seasoned with lemon and white pepper and them fillled with KASHA VARNISHKES, our take on that wonderful combo of bowtie pasta and buckwheat with some leeks and herbs as well. And thats not all, well also be serving this with some SCHMALTZ GRAVY thickened to savory unctuousness with chicken livers. We have two prices for this-13 for a slice or 36 for a whole bird. BEETS come up next. We arent doing brisket so we figured BEEF SHORT RIBS would be the next best thing. these two will be stewed to melt-in-yr-mouth goodness with vinegar and dill and topped with a lil dollop of sour cream. what would this dinner be without TZIMMES??? a sweet and savory side of tender roasted carrots with pomegranate and dates. baked KUGEL joins in the f u n! egg noodle puddingcustardlasagnathing baked with sour cream and cottage cheese. HEALTH SALAD for yr, well, health! cronchy cabbage and onions and peppers dressed in a caraway vinaigrette. to finish it off @shrimp__toast is making APPLE HONEY CAKE. so moist, so tasty. 1 tasty slice topped with a more honey and walnuts. we have a special calming and relaxing honey topping we can finish the cake with as well, DM us for more info. so with all that said feel free to order a la carte or order THE WHOLE MEAL----50 for a slice of chicken, 72 for a whole chicken. as always DM us to place an order by 3PM Wednesday. Moving into a motorhome and having to all of a sudden learn how to operate and maintain a house and a vehicle while simultaneously downsizing and learning how attached I am to my material possessions has been a whirlwind of feelings of freedom and frustration to say the least. Not only that, but in early August, on the morning that we were all bracing ourselves for Hurricane Isaias, a lightning bolt from an early morning storm hit the tree above us and a huge branch fell on top of us. Thankfully, it caused minimal damage and both Kismet and I were ok after the initial shock and panic of the experience. The branch broke one of the solar panels and a vent cover. Considering I just moved in on July 1st, this incident threw me into the deep end of learning everything about solar power and how my system works. Thanks to YouTube University, friends connecting me virtually to others in the full-time RV life, and for my brother Chris @1cia893 for buying me a solar panel for my birthday, I was able to replace the solar panel and get everything working again! A week of living in the dark and having all of my appliances stop working one at a time was not the way I expected this new journey to begin. But Im glad I was persistent and didnt give up dispite all the unexpected challenges. Well here we go.... last night I was involved in a hit and run collision on the Interstate headed home from work. A truck hauling a long trailer with a tractor got over in my lane as I was coming up on it and I collided with the back corner of the trailer. Afterwards he drove away from the scene. It was scary but by the grace of God I came away injury free but my car is totaled. I was in another serious accident 2 years ago headed home from a wrestling event on a rainy day where my car hydroplained into a median and it totaled my car at the time. Back then I going through a serious legal battle due to identity theft over my credit, I had no savings, didn’t have full coverage insurance and had no hope or clue on what I could do. I had a Guardian Angel named @kraigkeesaman that helped me through that time. I thank God everyday for him and for people like him. I learned from that time in my life. In the past two years I won my battle over my credit and got it fixed, I’ve done well for myself business wise to have a nice savings, and have full coverage insurance. So in a wild turn of events, less than 24 hours since I wrecked my car I was able to purchase another car today. It’s not new, it’s nothing special, but the fact I was able to get it and the polar opposite feeling compared to the devastation I felt two years ago is unimaginable. I’m blessed to have a car, I’m blessed to have the love and support from my friends, family, and fans. But most importantly I’m blessed to be alive. - @fuegodelsol_ on Instagram

On Wednesday evening just after dusk, the International Space Station will fly directly over Orlando, will be visible to anyone in the Southeast, and provide a nice break in these long days as it races through space at 17,100 miles per hour -- which is about five miles a second (nearly as fast I drove in high school). Watching it is always a fun activity for families and all you have to do is look at this map to see where it will be and when. Follow the path of the arrows and then look at the time in the 24-hour format. If you live within the circle (and the skies are clear) just watch for a very bright star moving steadily across the sky from the southwest to the northeast. The ISS and its crew will be at an altitude of 250 miles (yes, you can see that far) and will be crossing Mexicos Yucatan Peninsula around 9:11 Eastern Time and will be visible for about six minutes before going around the earth somewhere east of New Jersey having covered about 2,000 miles in that time. - @hike_it_florida on Instagram
