We can love ourselves, physically and mentally, and also set reasonable goals. It’s no mystery that I’ve been having a hard time since this past summer but I’m not going back to who I was on the left, ever, and that’s what matters to me. Being bubbly and kind and sweet to make sure that people would like me and be kind to me and maybe even respect me.... At my heaviest, I was 320 pounds, may 2019... Then summer 2019 happened... My amazing aunt and uncle came to visit us... They gave me a chance in life that could never taught would be possible. They offered to help me with my surgery... The most beautiful gift I’ve ever had. They are my second set of parents. I love them so much, always. I’ve looked up to them as individuals and as a couple. Strength, love, kindness, thrust and truthfulness are just some of the qualities they have and taught me. I am so grateful and humble to have them in my life. So from that famous night to surgery day, it was less then 9 weeks. Easiest most difficult decision ever that brought me to live the most amazing hard year ever. Making the choice to choose me, myself and I.... So hard. So If y’all did the math.... 164.4 pounds is my current weight. Lost a whole adult human.... In a year... But mostly in this year i’ve discovered a new/real me. I’ve learn to look at myself in the mirror to see my transformation. To fall in love with myself... Well talking about love... - The good, the bad and the ugly - it’s time to be honest. The good: 100 lbs down in 7 months! The bad: Using intermittent fasting as punishment for eating too much. The ugly: Still binging from time to time and feeling once again like food addiction will always be a struggle.
LETS TALK ABOUT SCALES. In both pictures I am the same weight. Sometimes progress is meassured in all things we dont see on the scales. Im stronger I hit PBs in the gym every session. My upper body is leaner and more tight and this morning I saw my traps popping🥺 Getting the coach that adapted their methods to my lifestyle was the best decision I made. My life is crazy busy and simply going in with the typical mentality if you want it bad enough ull make it to the gym didnt work for me ever actually. I always approached coaches saying I have limited time to make a difference and always felt judged and was loaded with plan that takes 3h per day. Now Ive lost loads of cm off my body everywhere and Im building underneath to get ready for the next phase. Max a commencé son cheminement grâce au coaching en ligne EPN lors du confinement 🤳 Avec une attitude décidée et décontractée, il a cheminé un pas à la fois 💪🏻 grâce à l’établissement de priorités 📈 - Premiere étape aux changements d’habitudes de vie nécessaires pour une meilleure santé 🥣 - Règles de base pour une alimentation plus riche en nutriments et en symbiose avec la courbe de progression 🍱🛒 - L’entraînement à la maison 🏠 n’était pas sa préférence ... comme plusieurs ! Coach Francis a compris comment le motiver ! 📃🎊 Dans les 4 premières semaines il a perdu 10lbs sur la balance. Est-ce ce qui est important ? Non ! Les observations quotidiennes, son énergie, les photos de progressions en disaient bien plus 🎊 Aujourd’hui Max a perdu plus de 50 lbs mais encore une fois tout le reste est ce qui reste le plus remarquable 🤩 Un game changer dans une vie 🥳 Bravo Max !
