Some say MOTIVATED, some say OBSESSED, others say DRIVEN... . The past 16 months have definitely been a combination of all three - at times HARD but REWARDING and WORTH IT! . The top LEFT photos is from day ONE January 2nd 2018 (106kg) and the others are my most recent RESULTS from a combination of @uk_arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living and @f45_training_ravenscourtpark Challenge 21. . I lost 2.6kg of body fat and went from 21.3% to 18.6% BFP! I didn’t hit my GOAL of 15% and 75kg but it’s only fired me up to keep going. . So it’s time to knuckle down; get the nutrition and training firing again and holding myself accountable on all fronts! . Don’t stress. Stress will make it harder. Check your temperature. Careful, don’t leave it too long. Omg, are you pregnant? Do ovulation tests. Don’t do ovulation tests they’re inaccurate. We got pregnant first time trying, I don’t get why it’s so hard! Mare sure you’re taking note of your cervical mucus. Soooo, when are you having kids? I know when I ovulate, I can feel it, can’t you? See a specialist. I’m telling you, you’re stressing too much and that’s why you aren’t getting pregnant. Don’t see a specialist you haven’t been trying for that long. Time for another baby isn’t it!? Just don’t think about it & it’ll happen. Hurry up and get pregnant will you! Take supplements. You should probably lose some weight if you wanna get pregnant. Make sure you’re not eating meat, or dairy, or carbs, or fats, or sugar. My doctor said I’m just super fertile. Don’t drink. Is that a baby bump I see!? Just live your life as usual. Stop obsessing over it! Do acupuncture. Don’t go to the gym. Are you pregnant? Keep exercising. Are you pregnant? You should meditate. Are you pregnant? The clocks ticking. ARE YOU PREGNANT!? The journey to conceiving can be long. And heartbreaking. And lonely. It can also be filled with everyone around you getting pregnant. And navigating those emotions, the absolute delight for your friends & family with a mixture of jealousy & self loathing is extreme. Why is it happening for everyone else but not us? What’s wrong with us? What’s wrong with...me...? You are allowed to feel everything you are feeling. Be honest. Protect your space. Try your best to celebrate life & the beginnings of it for others. Recognise your jealousy but try not to act upon it. Your ovaries do not equate to your self worth just like the number on the scales doesn’t. I can’t say anything to make it better, but I can quietly tell you that we got you. And by “we” I mean us, and there are so many of us. We got you ❤️ - @thepeninsulamumma on Instagram

Our little girl came early! 😍 Rose Marie Elizabeth Malig Marquez. Born January 19th (Capricorn season! 💪) at 3lbs 2oz. 15. She is small, solid, healthy, and I love her to pieces❤ 🌞 @heleinalouisse and I are doing great, we have a few more days here in the hospital to recover. Our little girl will likely be here in the NICU for a few months. We were admitted to the hospital on Thursday and have been here ever since... I guess the best days of your life can also be the most challenging. Hopefully in a day or two I can take my perfect wife home to sleep on our own bed.
