Great because they allow you to work with your own Bodyweight as you aim to build up strength with them. Aim for 3 sets of 10, then start to add weight to your pull-ups. ⚡️ ROWS - The staple of back exercises, rows should be one of your most frequently trained movements. Train them often, work in multiple variations, and switch up your grips. ⚡️ DEADLIFT - This full body compound movement is excellent for working the entire back, starting from the lower back and making its way up. Work to build this movement stronger. Keep the reps low, and work with a weight that challenges you. Aim to progress weekly. ⚡️ REVERSE FLY- An excellent movement to fix up your posture and build your traps, and rear delts. Reverse flys are an excellent warmup on any day as they work to fix up your posture. Zone in on squeezing your shoulder blades together with this movement. Your goal is to work your middle traps, which fall right in between those shoulder blades. 🔥Get Bigger Legs🔥 - Follow @lionz_athletics - Leg day...everyone’s favorite 😁 - First, like every body part, higher frequency will likely yield better results. My legs blew up when I started training them heavy on one day during the week and lighter later in the week. Anyone who I’ve recommended this approach to has had very similar results. Legs seem to really respond to varying rep ranges throughout the week - Second, do your squats and leg presses with full range of motion. It’s very easy to focus on adding weight each week while your range of motion keeps getting shorter and shorter. Before you know it, you’re doing half reps and really short changing yourself - Lastly, let’s face it. Training legs is hard. Most people don’t enjoy it and a lot of people just “go through the motions” with some leg extensions, leg curls, leg presses and call it a day. A lot of people who do actually squat barely push themselves and just seem to do it to say they did it. I’m not saying you should push yourself on legs to the point where you throw up but I often do feel nauseous on leg days especially doing higher reps. Ini contoh latihan full body dirumah yang simple banget dan cocok utk pemula yang bingung. . Pilih satu jenis gerakan dorong, tarik, kaki, dan hinge. Lakukan 1 set AMRAP atau sebanyak mungkin. Istirahat 1-2 menit. Lalu lakukan lagi 2 set 12 reps (teknik harus bener, utamain kualitas latihan bukan kuantitas repetisi). . Contoh: BwSquat 1xAmrap, 2x12 Pushup 1xAmrap, 2x12 Backpack Rows 1xAmrap, 2x12 Glute bridge 1xAmrap, 2x12 Plank 1 set tahan 30 secs Superhold 1 set tahan min 30 secs . Jadwal latihannya dengan jeda istirahat 1 hari, misal senin rabu dan jumat. . Kalau latihannya terlalu gampang coba lakukan variasi kedua yang bisa dibilang agak lebih sulit.
