Meanderende wortels Lezersfoto van Ina Huitema: Op vakantie brachten we Oud en Nieuw door in Buenos Aires. Op 1 januari was het erg rustig in de stad. Rondwandelend vonden we zeer mooie bomen. De wortels van die bomen trokken mijn aandacht; het lijkt net een rivier die meandert door de stad. Deze bomen (ik weet niet hoe ze heten) zijn waarschijnlijk erg oud, worden niet hoog (ca. 25 meter) en hebben nauwelijks een stam, maar ze zijn wel erg breed.
