Rear Foot Elevated Lunges I didn’t expect to still be able to properly and comfortably do this exercise but here I am 🙆🏼♀️🙌🏼 I’m pushing through my front heel and only lowering down to a depth that is comfortable for my big belly DB Goblet Squats My sweet little baby dumbbell 😆🙆🏼♀️. I have found that having the dumbbell a little further away from my body creates a nice little counterbalance Long Band Goblet Squats This is another option if you don’t have dumbbells at home. The band really made me work hard at lifting and holding my pelvic floor and activating my TVA Band Squats This is a good swap for band pull-throughs if you are also super pregnant and can’t get comfortable in the pull-through #pregnancyworkout @brittanyperilleee - @pregnancyworkout on Instagram
