💲 💵 😊 Value menus have always been a staple of the fast-food restaurant chain. To drive the idea of convenient and affordable cannabis, @thrivedispensary launched a value menu where all items were always $20 each. What to call it: We hotly debated what to name this menu in order to have the greatest impact and the most clever tie-in to what it was selling. We landed on what we thought was the perfect way of subtly tying in a relation to cannabis while being sure to emphasize the dollar amount needed to make it a value to customers. That is how the “FOR $20 Value Menu” was born. We felt like the name was perfect for multiple reasons. Logo: The logo was based on old school fast food signs, then it was modernized. The creative direction: In order to draw on the value menu concept’s fast-food similarities and ensure that customers immediately recognized and understood what a value menu at a dispensary might mean, we chose to use props and art direction based on what you would see in a fast-food commercial or restaurant. We brought these elements into our photography by using the same iconically familiar visual themes a fast-food chain would, but with an elevated approach to tie-in the idea that cannabis is now as mainstream as your favorite burger joint. Решить проблему можно только одним способом: наладить режим сна. ⠀ Вы пьете слишком мало воды Ощущения голода и жажды очень похожи, и перепутать одно с другим довольно легко. Многие попадаются в эту ловушку, заглушают жажду бесконечными перекусами и в итоге переедают. В общем, известный совет «Хочешь есть – выпей стакан воды» – не издевательство, а очень здравая рекомендация. ⠀ Вы едите слишком много сладкого Когда мы перекусываем конфетой, печенькой или, например, булкой, весь сахар практически мгновенно поступает в кровь. Уровень глюкозы резко повышается, а потом так же резко падает – и нам снова хочется есть. ⠀ Если голод перетерпеть, организм начнет использовать запасы гликогена из печени, чтобы привести уровень сахара в крови в норму. Но если снова потянуться за печенькой, весь цикл повторится. В долгосрочной перспективе постоянные скачки уровня глюкозы могут привести к инсулинорезистентности и диабету.
