Not surprised to see all those years of helping his aunt at her banh mi shop in Little Saigon pay off during round two but I was most impressed with his Thai rolled ice cream skills while also frying up funnel cake during the final dessert round! Not gonna lie, I wouldn’t dare put most of my clients on Chopped, but I just had a gut feeling Paul was up for it.
