Перечный стейк/Pepper steak 🥩 🍽 ✨ Ингредиенты: Стейк рибай - 300 гр. Соль - по вкусу Перец чёрный свеже молотый Оливковое&Сливочное масло Тимьян - 1 веточка Розмарин - 1 веточка Чеснок - 1 зубчик ✨ Как готовим: 1) Стейк подержать до комнатной температуры. После чего обвалять в чёрном перце( это придаст стейку приятную пикантность и остринку) 2) Сильно накалить сковороду,немного смазать оливковым маслом сам стейк и выложить на раскалённую сковороду. Жарим по 2,5 минуты с каждой стороны. 3) После чего на сковородку выложить кусочек сливочного масла, чеснок , розмарин и тимьян. Растопившемся маслом с чесноком розмарином и тимьяном поливать стейк ещё 1,5 минуты. После чего выложить стейк на тарелку, укрыть фольгой и дать отдохнуть 5-10 минут( для того чтобы все соки запечатались внутри). Стейк получится прожарки Medium. Готово, наслаждайтесь божественным перечным стейком 🥩😋 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ ✨ Ingredients: Rib eye steak - 300 gr. Salt to taste Freshly ground black pepper Olive & Butter Thyme - 1 sprig Rosemary - 1 sprig Garlic - 1 clove ✨ How to cook: 1)Hold the steak to room temperature. Then roll in black pepper (this will give the steak a pleasant piquancy and a speck) 2) Strongly heat the pan, grease the steak a little with olive oil and put on a hot pan. Fry for 2.5 minutes on each side. 3) Then put a piece of butter, garlic, rosemary and thyme in a frying pan. With melted butter with garlic rosemary and thyme, pour the steak for another 1.5 minutes. Then put the steak on a plate, cover with foil and let it rest for 5-10 minutes (so that all the juices are sealed inside). The steak will turn out Medium roasting. Tomahawk Ribeye on fire. 🔥🔥 No, literally. Seriously, on fire. . It all started off just perfectly... The glorious three pound Tomahawk Ribeye Im slicing here was generously seasoned with an appropriate coating of @hardcorecarnivore Black. Because serious meat requires serious seasoning. Im completely unaffiliated, but for real, it has awesome flavor and makes a gorgeous-looking steak. Remember, we feast with our eyes before we even take a bite! . Well, onto the super hot @webergrills it went, with all its incredible Ribeye fat, and it wasnt long before things took a turn. After the first flip, and within a few minutes, my steak was on fire. The flavorizer bars flared up and so did my steak. So what do you do when your steak goes on fire? . Dont panic. Pull the steak off the grill. Shut off all the burners and close the lid. After a minute, lift the lid and make sure the flames are out. . Then, fire up only the outer two burners of your grill and get that steak back in there between the flames to let the steak get to temp. Flip it every minute or two, and know that everythings gonna be alright. 🎶 . The low flames kept my grill at about 400°F and I let this steak get up to about 122°F before I pulled it. . Swipe on over to see the flaming flames of fire, but to also see the close-ups of how evenly cooked this Ribeye was. The black charcoal seasoning ended up protecting the meat, delivering a nice crust, and camouflaging any burnt bits! . In the end it was a stellar-looking and incredible-tasting steak. Couldnt have planned it better if I tried. . Maybe this steak is a metaphor for 2020?
