John came out of retirement after 15 years to collaborate once again with George Miller #georgemiller on Fury Road. Miller had Seale use a center frame method throughout the film as a stylistic aesthetic so the audience never questioned the point of interest which allowed for quick edits. Being an entrepreneur is not easy but iam doing it. I sometimes ask my self how did i get this far but I realize that it takes hard work and dedication in order to succeed in life. Most importantly you have to be in love not only with yourself but with what you do. Your career is how you survive, its how you make your money. The worst thing is being in a place that you donโt want to be in so make sure you choose a career you actually want to invest your life in. The road to the top gets tough and you are you going to feel like you want to quit but remember the end goal. Im not doing it just for fun but because i am working hard to leave something behind, something for people to speak off and actually remember me by. My goal is to inspire , to motivate because if i can do it you can to. Being a filmmaker comes with alot of headaches but honestly the headaches mean nothing when you see all your hard work being acknowledged. My life has changed since becoming a full time filmmaker and my hustle will never stop! I hope that i am able to continue to inspire everyone who is looking to pursue something in life and is seeking for motivation. Put it like this there was a production company who i have always been motivated by , i just told my self that one day i will be able to work with in that production company and be able to really showcase my talent even further and honestly the opportunity is closer than anyone thinks. So if you have a dream or a goal do not stop untill you achieve it and then make new ones and achieve those. The process is not easy but i love my self, i love what i do, and i am great full to be in this amazing position that i am today. So thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout all these hardworking years ! Me and my editor David built this scene around three back-to-back-to-back versions of Joni Mitchells Blue -- the centerpiece being Dres Song For You. @robloblahkop , who made the beat and produced it, worked tirelessly alongside Mac Wanda to help us get the rights and locate the instrumental (going as far as to try and recover Dres laptop that had the original beat!). But because of complications beyond anybodys control, we werent ultimately able to use it. A great what if...โฃโฃโฃ โฃโฃโฃ Version 2 โ Mosseri Saves the Day. We built this entire sequence around Dres track and were less than a week away from our Sundance premiere when we got the final confirmation we couldnt use it. In comes @emilemosseri . Full circle moment! Iโll never forget the first time I picked up a camera. It was all thanks to @designsbymia back in 2017, at the time I had just recently graduated college, in a job that didnโt fulfill me at all, and extremely lost when it came to what I wanted to do in life. She put a camera in my hand and shortly after that I had booked my first graduation photoshoot all thanks to @_jbook3r and @_sherijean ๐ธ . It wasnโt until I met @neillavon and @ninanesbittmodelcoach that convinced me to step in front of the camera as an actor and model. Not knowing what I was getting myself into I jumped head first, traveled to New York caught the attention of agents and managers and God led me to @dreamscopeentertainment here in LA. Once leaving NY I headed back to South Carolina, put in my two weeks, and two weeks later was on a flight to LA. . Fast forward two years later, currently working on two feature films โA New Lifeโ and โLittle Remindersโ, both independent, with no money, no investors, but yet with the help of God, friends, no excuses and unconditional love weโre getting it done. . I say all that to say if it hadnโt been for Mom, Dad, Mia, Book, Sheri, Dr. Hunter, Neil, Nina, Julie, Brianna, Quincy, Sofia, Choice, Ambyr, Franklin, Arielle, Blanksquare Productions, and several others I wouldnโt be where I am today. . Happy #thelastofusday everyone ๐ฎ Iโve been meaning to post more often about The Last of Us and Part 2, but I wasnโt fully confident. Partly cause of the division between people in the fandom, and I didnโt wanna draw fire towards my page. Like itโs ok to have an opposite opinion, but itโs not ok to try to enforce it to toxic levels. But you know what? I think Iโm gonna start posting some of my thoughts, and Iโll try to keep it as spoiler free as possible, even as I summarize things. Iโll share my thoughts, on what the experiences of both Last of Us games mean to me ๐ฎ Truth be told, before I played The Last of Us in March of 2018, I was worried the hype would get to me, and make me hold the game in skeptic view. At first, I wasnโt sure about the game. But then I played the game, progressed forward and then saw it The Last of Us has definitely climbed up my ladder for me, among my favourite games. I love what the Naughty Dog team does to create their characters, world, story, and atmosphere. How beautifully rounded they makes their characters, grounded (no pun intended) they make their tone, strongly the actors perform, situations they create for the characters, etc. Itโs a little hard to explain my thoughts and feelings towards these games ๐ฎ The Last of Us characters make me happy, sad, inspired, reflective, captivated, excited, etc. Its theme centred around family, and people living in such a difficult world, itโs definitely a strong storyline between strong characters. Iโve truly grown to love The Last of Us games, even if it took some time. So despite the rough experiences, tough times, hurt emotions, I wanna thank the Naughty Dog, and the Last of Us cast, for bringing these games, characters, stories, and journeys into my life. Iโd like to thank the developers and casts in general for all of their games, Last of Us related or otherwise, like Uncharted, Crash, etc. Thank you for all the games, laughs, joy, fun times What does The Last of Us mean to you?
