Right out of the gate I taste Jalapeño and hints of the maple syrup which give the sauce a bit of a fruity quality. The brine definitely brings the salt to the party, which was a bit too turned up for me, I got a lot of salt. The vinegar rounds this out creating a pretty unique flavor. Many times when I see maple syrup in a sauce I am always left trying to find it, there is no doubt that it is in this sauce and it truly adds to the flavor of this one and I like that. The heat level is mild, there is a slight burn on the roof of the mouth but is not overpowering, I think it could hit just a bit harder. 🌶 I added this sauce to my ham and swiss egg beater omelette. The briny flavor woke up my breakfast and brought a bit of heat and the Jalapeño/Maple combo brought some sweet, fruity flavor. 🌶 Thank you for sending this one to me @scottsauceforall, the sauce is tasty and I love the squeeze pouch. 🌶 Heat 3/10.
