My tip would be to take a step back and meditate starting with 5 minutes a day. There are apps like โCalmโ or โInsight Timerโ that can help guide you if you donโt know how to start. ๐๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ง๐ช๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ ๐ช๐ด ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐บ: how you think and feel about yourself is everything. I know when I look good, I also feel good but this all starts on the inside with our thoughts as well.
