Like it says this years expo has been canceled due to the Corona virus we just dont feel things can get truely back to normal enough for the Expo to meet the quality we want and expect of it. So in the mean time we will continue to work on things so that next years Expo is the best ever. For those that have paid for booths for this years event you have two choices. You can either have that money go towards your spot in next years Expo or of course recieve a refund that will be issued asap. September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month! My 8 year old Brother Benjamin Dutch Goldberg died of cancer Dec 2016 after a 3 year battle with Neuroblastoma. He never let his cancer define who he was. He believed in good food, dancing and amazing music like Michael Jackson, The Beatles and Daft Punk. My Brothers legacy will be with us forever and its up to us to continue to make a difference for all of those families fighting the fight. You can make a difference by educating yourself, getting involved with a Ronald McDonald House Charity or making donations to support families at the Ronald McDonald House or Pediatric Cancer Research... Did you know.... Childhood Cancer is the number one disease killer of children in the US . . Every two minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer . . The average age of a child with cancer is 6 . . In 80% of kids with cancer, the cancer has already spread to other areas of the body . . Much of what we know about adult cancer is learned from childhood Cancer research . . Cancer sucks. Every single form of it. It destroys our loved ones. But one cancer that my family has become to hate the most is Uterine Cancer. My mom is heading into her 4th or 5th (there have been so many I can’t keep up!) round of Chemo. Her team of doctors keep switching up the type of chemo because unfortunately there is NO CURE for her type of cancer. This fucking sucks. My mom is a fighter and she has beat cancer before and will fight this no matter what it takes. But! Wouldn’t it be nice if we could raise funds to help doctors find a cure? One of the biggest misconceptions about #PCOS is the belief that affected women have cysts on their ovaries. The cysts arent cysts at all. Theyre numerous, small immature follicles that never mature to release an egg from the ovaries. ⠀ ⠀ There are many forms of traditional ovarian cysts that are larger in size. Some may even need surgical treatment, can rupture, and be very painful. Any woman can develop these cysts. They are separate though from the tiny follicles that are called cysts in PCOS. ⠀ ⠀ A new name for PCOS has even been proposed to better reflect the condition. What do you think about a name change?
