Good morning, You wont miss the meat in this vegetarian, mushroom, chickpea, and spinach fettuccine. Ingredients 1/2 lb fettuccine 8 oz chopped mushrooms 1 16 Oz can chickpeas drained 1 16 oz can chopped tomatoes 1 16 oz tomato sauce 1 cup reserved pasta water 2 cups chopped spinach 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 tbsp chopped garlic 2 tbsp chopped basil and italian parsley 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Instructions 1. cook pasta according to package directions reserving one cup of the water before draining 2. And a saute pan with two tablespoons of olive oil saute the onion and garlic until tender and just beginning to Brown 3.... Add the mushrooms and saute until Brown 4..... Add the tomatoes the pasta water cover and simmer for 15 minutes 5. .... Add the chickpeas and spinach simmer 10 minutes longer 6..... Add rest of ingredients toss drained pasta with sauce 7.... how to make honey balsamic roasted Brussel sprouts By, Kevin Is Cooking: Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts 3 tbsp olive oil separated 3/4 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tsp honey -preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or use a silicone baking mat. -Trim off the outer, dry leaves, cut the bottom off and slice lengthwise. -In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to coat thoroughly. -Transfer the brussels sprouts to baking sheet and roast until tender and caramelized, about 20 minutes. -Place the roasted brussels sprouts back in a bowl, or keep on the tray, because then you’re going to toss these in a fantastic combination of flavors. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey and toss to coat evenly. Taste and season with kosher salt if necessary and serve. - @brusselsproutslover on Instagram

Lamb kafta patties (or beef) are baked with tender potatoes and tomatoes - a perfect used for those last tomatoes from the garden. This was such a memorable dish growing up. H ΣΥΝΤΑΓΗ ΤΗΣ ΕΒΔΟΜΑΔΑΣ CARBONARA ΓΙΑ 4 ΑΤΟΜΑ ΥΛΙΚΑ 3/4 lb(340 γρ) Rummo Spaghetti Grossi N° 5 3 φέτες καπνιστό μπέικον 3 αβγά 1/4 κούπα τριμμένη παρμεζάνα 3 κσ έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο Αλάτι και πιπέρι ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ Ρίξτε μερικές σταγόνες ελαιόλαδου σε ένα τηγάνι. Προσθέστε το μπέικον και αφήστε το να ροδίσει. Χτυπήστε σε ένα μπολ τα αβγά. Προσθέστε την παρμεζάνα, αλάτι και πιπέρι. Σε μια φαρδιά κατσαρόλα βράστε νερό και προσθέστε στη συνέχεια αλάτι. Μαγειρέψτε τα σπαγγέτι για 11 λεπτά. Σουρώστε τα ζυμαρικά, προσθέστε το μαγειρεμένο μπέικον και ανακατέψτε καλά .
