The weather has been so hot lately that I’ve taken the opportunity to make lots and lots of bread, this time featuring one of my shokupan rolls as Animal Crossing characters~ 😸 How many characters can you recognize? This was created by a combination of a few drops of food coloring with water and a few drops of vodka since it evaporates quickly. I prefer using vodka to dilute the color since I find that water changes the texture of the bread and as a result, the bread doesn’t keep as well. Most of the characters were fun to make, but I liked making Celeste’s design the most since she has the most vibrant colors. I’m tempted to make a whole loaf of bread dedicated to her haha.
